Purchased the romantic package for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived the package was not in our room, it ruined the surprise for my partner. Had to call to remind them. On our last day we previously requested a late checkout and the housekeepers were knocking on our door at 10:30am even though our checkout was at 1pm. When we talked to front desk about this issue they basically didn’t understand why we were upset. Bad communication between staff it seems.
