It was nice. Short stay. The hotel staff was helpful with getting a cab for the airport

Front desk not helpful. Slow to credit the credit card back for guarantee (to make sure you don't steal)

Hotel was good: The first room we were in was so hot that you could not sleep. The staff was able to find us another room which was a lot better. The hotel itself is okay. nothing outstanding that occurred.

This was a good choice for us , my wife enjoyd pool

Really good experience, and the staff is trustworthy and honest. I accidently left a change purse, they found it kept and returned it to a few days later, where it had been stored in their safe. I was impressed.

Hotel is under going some renovations which are needed. Hopefully they'll hit the rooms where the furniture and interior have a tired look. My visit came on one of the coldest nights of the year -29F and unfortunately for me my in wall air conditioner leaked in a flood of cold air around the unit. This rendered the in floor heating useless. Even though I got help from maintanence in trying to fill the gaps with insulation it didn't solve the problem. Tough to figure out how a hotel that is in winter weather country would have this kind of issue. Internet connection was slow and their computers were frozen.

This place is a far stretch from the pictures posted on the web (the lights large green "SANDMAN") which would make you feel like you are going to a upscale hotel until you get there and see the bruised worn funiture and baseboards, stained couch, stained old carpet, and old bathrooms with worn laminate counters. The TV even though it was a flat screen every channel was grainy and the towels were thin and worn. The heating was through the floor and a note on the thermostat calmly stately that it takes up to 6 hours for any change to be noticed. There is a tiny little AC unit in the corner...The workout gym is a couple of treadmills and a bowflex in a very small room. Really noisey at night stupid people in the parking lot talking and laughing loudly about....

We enjoyed room service, and the staff was great. The rooms were nice and clean, and we really appreciated the security for each floor.

Great, Close to the air port and the staff were very frienly. I would stay again.

Saskatoon is a terrific city. The people are so friendly. They made us feel special. Next time we'll go when it's warmer.

Everything was great, except the location. It was a little difficult to tour the area, since it is mostly highway, without many sidewalks. It also had no shopping areas close by, for those without vehicles. We were fortunate to have a shuttle bus from our Association to take us around the areas. The free shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay very much, and the staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this location, but recommend that they have some sort of transportation.
