This is a budget accommodation and it did the trick - room was clean, bed comfy. It is a shared bathroom however, which turned out to not be a problem but I should have read the description more closely. And the desk staff person was very friendly, which was lovely.

I never stayed at the property. When I got to the city I called (hoping to get an early check-in) but they refused to acknowledge I had reservations or my communications with them about arrival time. I thought it was a child I was dealing with and it was a prank but it wasn't. So I was too afraid to stay there.

It's close to RUH, but its not as clean as it has been. I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. and at 2:30 a.m. by people checking in, talking, running water for awhile. Consequently I had a terrible, broken sleep.

When booking, I had no idea that it would be shared bath situation. The bathroom across from my room was busy for a long time so I went to the one down the hall and the sink was our of order. Not very pleasant. I would not book this hotel again.

Kitchen was great . Good to have lots of room in the frig and a table to sit at to eat. We appreciated having a microwave. it was frustrating not to be able to control the air-conditioning as I found it too cold at times. Location was great -close to trails along the river

This is not an Inn.

This is a person's home and not an Inn at all. Shared bathroom, unsafe neighbourhood and a general lack of cleanliness had the group on edge the whole night.
