The room was dirty. There was sauce/pop Down the wall. The bed sheets on one of the beds was filthy! It had brown stuff on it. I called the front desk to ask for new linens they said that they didn’t have extra so we slept in our clothes. There also was no breakfast included. It states on the website that there is a continental breakfast and there wasn’t. I asked about it and all the manager could say was “you have to choose on a drop down when booking that you want a continental breakfast but then your room is more expensive” when I looked afterward I couldn’t find any drop dow menu. the pool was cleared out at 10pm when all the signage says 10:30. Overall it was not great and will not be staying there again and will not recommend the place to anyone…..

It was very nice when we first came in. It was quite spacious and comfortable. Though, you can clearly hear kids from the swimming pool, which is to be expected. The first time we asked for towels, they gave it to us quite quickly which was nice; however, the second time, which was after we finished swimming, they never came or got back to us at all. Thankfully, it was very quiet after quiet time. We didn't order breakfast, so we didn't know how that was. We did order UberEats, which they thankfully allowed. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. My friends and I found it quite satisfactory!

Booked a room for 28 days for work and when I got to the place they wanted 50 a day damage deposit would have cost me over 5000 up front and no where did it say daily deposit every place I’ve stayed take a 250deposit. So because I was past the cancelation deadline they wouldn’t work with me on anything and still charged me for a nights stay and I couldn’t even stay there had to find another hotel

The hotel was good, it just had no sound barrier so it was extremely noisy. Could literally hear the person above us shower or use the washroom. So sleep was lacking. And the noise from carts going down the halls early in the morning was not fun. Pools were good, very busy when we were there but that’s to be expected. It was a good stay though overall. Friendly staff.

Stayed for 2 nights. Front desk staff were very accomodating with the room change as we had booked the pool area room the 2nd night and the transition was a breeze. Housekeeping staff were friendly.

Beyond the massive fight that happened outside our room on and off for hours all night, the bathroom light/fan combo sounded like a jet engine. There was a disgusting bug that closely resembled a cockroach in the bathroom. Oh and the pop machines were broken so you couldn't get bottled water. We asked the manager to call us and now, 3 days later, we have not heard from them.

We stayed in a theme room. We discovered chewed up gum stuck to the wall, paper clips and other debris on the floor. The playpen that they brought had baby food/snacks in it. It was a very disappointing experience.
