Unfortunately there were renovations in the fitness center and the second pool splash pad area. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as we would have looked for another location. Otherwise the room, the service, and the facilities were enjoyable.

Castle Theme Room!

We had a themed room, it was awesome! Pool was busy, restaurant was great. There is no USB ports for charging electronics, be sure to bring a wall plug.

I was suppose to receive an email writhing 72 hours about this stay and never a dog barked from 3 am to 8 am our friends we were with found a meth pipe in there room. Went for a ball tournament for our son and none of us slept! Never had problems before but was not happy with this stay

Bad experience….power outage for over 4 hours on Saturday and Sunday morning. Was booked into wrong section of building (was supposed to be in the tower section). A fight broke out that woke me up at 3:30 am in the morning with two drunk girls from the Reservation. Room was so freshly painted that it made breathing so difficult that the window had to be left open entire time of stay. If the staff had given me a deduction on the stay for 5 days then I wouldn’t have made this review… I ended up shortening my stay and booked the rest of my trip next door at the Days Inn. Very disappointed

The waterpark is an amazing feature to the hotel. That was the only good experience I had. There were major security issues during my stay when there were fire evacuees staying at the hotel. They were constantly loud, drunk, high, causing disturbances, drug dealing and letting their children run around unescorted. I understand it is a tough time but neither the police, hotel staff or hotel security could deal with the bad behaviours. The evacuees had 0 respect for the other guests. One guest had someone drunk banging on all doors until they could find the right room. Not a lot of sleep had. Terrible experience.
