The room was excellent - clean, nice size, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The food was good, but since there was a hockey team and their families staying there, when we went down at 9 there was a lack of food and there wasn’t room for everyone in the seating area. They did open the meeting room for seating but they should have adjusted their quantities for the number of people. It would have been prudent to ask the team when they checked in when they would be eating before they left for their games then they would have been more prepared.

Breakfast was so-so, front desk clerk not very friendly- he front looked right at me in the morning and didn’t even smile or say good morning, no fans or nightlights in bathrooms, pool was small, overcrowded and some kids not supervised, they were jumping and diving, going 3 at a time down the water slide, it was crazy! I had to ask the front desk twice to restock pool towels. Probably won’t stay here again

Pool is gross…cloudy water, grime on the tiles, slimy feeling on ladder. Pool deck around hot tub is crumbling apart. Floors throughout main lobby, elevator and hotel are disgusting. So much gravel and salt on every rug and they just had a mop bucket with about 6 wet floor signs out in the lobby….the floor hadn’t been mopped in some time. Rooms are less than what you’d expect for the price. Beds were not comfy, pillows were good though. Shower had crumbling grout that was actually falling onto the floor of the shower, would not use the bath tub as an actual tub. Otherwise, stay was fine. Didn’t eat breakfast, the hotel provided a good playpen for our baby.
