Just one thing...

The hotel is nice and conveniently located in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The bed and pillow were much firmer than anything I am used to, but I think that is common in Japan overall based on other experiences. Only complaint was no one told me how to access the free WiFi upon check-in and there weren’t any instructions in the room.

Weekend get-away

Really nice room and very comfortable. It was located on the inside of the buildfing, so it had no view, but the window did open up a bit for fresh air. It was a great room for a short get-away. Great staff, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to many shops, stores, and local attractions. Wi-fi was good for most of my stay and it never stopped working, but tended to fade out during the last day of my stay.

Hard beds, but wonderful staff and location.

Staff was wonderfully nice and attentive. Make sure to get one of the bigger rooms, as the rooms are tiny. The bed was rock jard,as were the pillows. However, the staff and the location make it well worth the stay. If they get softer beds/pillows, it’ll be a great place to stay.

It is good enough for a business travel and the location was good. There were very nice shopping street across the street. It is about 10 minutes by foot to JR Sasebo station.

Cozy and comfortable

Bed was very soft and comfortable so i had no problems sleeeping through the night. The single room i had was a smoking one so there was a trace of smoke that lingered in the bed from previous customers, but not so overwhelming that it reminded you that you chose a smoking room. I actually do not smoke and it was the only room available at the time. My small tv had an hdmi port, though i didnt use an hdmi device, it was good to know the tvs are modern and had that option if needed be. There are better choices for hotels, but for the money this was a valuable and practical choice and will choose it again. Great location. Great breakfast, not the best idea to show up for breakfast in the last 15 mins of their alotted time, but the restaurant staff was nice enough to let me eat anyway. The wifi routers are in the hallways so the signal gets decreased when you enter your room. Its a cost effective way but not when youre trying to watch Netflix. Vending machines on the 5th floor, which is convenient and away from the front desk. Five minute walk to either Family Mart, Elena grocery, Wash Bear, or a Ramen house, or Hotto Motto. I enjoyed my time here, and will choose it again.

Quiet and efficient

Great location. Centralized for walking or public transit. Staff was always eager to provide great service. The rooms are a little dated but very functional. Thin walls and noise from other guest were only noticeable twice and not for very long.
