Hotel is fine but DO NOT EAT AT RESTAURANT! It was the slowest service and most expensive prices for bad food. Dishes had to be sent back and redone. 3 hours wasted on 2 courses. Do not waste your time and money. uber eats would have been a better choice.

The airport shuttle provided incorrect information, forcing us to drag our luggage a mile in the middle of the night. Front desk staff threatened us with walkie-talkies, leaving our safety unprotected. The next day, they refused shuttle service even when seats were available. Front desk personnel resembled gang members—ununiformed and arrogantly dismissive. A terrifying experience.

This is a great place to stay only if you have a layover between flights. It’s really close to the airport, but there’s nothing else to do around the area (and there are no other restaurant option). It’s a clean hotel, nice pool, free airport shuttle, and it has a decent restaurant and lounge.
