Great location friendly staff.

Front desk was very accommodating. Views were spectacular. Indoor Pool was oddly warm. There was a mini fridge but I wish there were a microwave. Close to a lot of amenities in walking distance ( food ,pharmacy , mall super market / groceries) good breakfast. The area seemed safe at night. Anything else not within walking distance is a 15-20 min cab ride away ( $8-$15)

The hotel was good, I think the rooms need a bit of upgrading, though. The toilet in our room never fully flushed, and it took several attempts to flush it completely every time. The safe didn't work. The coffee maker was a bit hit and miss. However, the staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was quite good, with many options, and the hotel's location and facilities were very clean and nice. I think maybe upgrading the rooms a bit would be good, but it was a good option for our stay in Santiago.

Estimados señores del Hyatt Place, Quiero manifestar mi profunda insatisfacción con la experiencia que tuve en su hotel. La calefacción de la habitación original nunca funcionó, a pesar de que enviaron a alguien a revisarla, solo salía aire frío. Me cambiaron de habitación, lo que ya fue una incomodidad teniendo tres niños conmigo No me ofrecieron ni servicio de botones ni el carrito para llevar las valijas a mi nueva habitación. Al llegar al nuevo cuarto, la calefacción tampoco estaba encendida, obligándome a llamar otra vez al técnico. Como si esto fuera poco, la cama del sofá no estaba preparada y, al pedir que la arreglaran, me informaron que no había personal disponible a las 9:30 pm de la noche, dejándome sin otra opción que hacerlo yo mismo. Considero esta situación inaceptable para un hotel de su categoría y espero que tomen las medidas necesarias para que esto no vuelva a ocurrir. Atentamente, Julian Arlin

I didn't like that Expedia offers one price and then charges another price when I arrive at the hotel. Why not tell the truth? I'm attaching the voucher for 250 when the price offered without taxes was 225.
