The hotel is strategically located, its staff and service is incredible and allows you to be close as at home. I highlight the attention of Mayra Rendon for her human warmth and customer service attitude. Congratulations and super recommended the hotel for its warmth, service and quality.

I stayed here for five nights in April. Small, crowded gym with minimal amenities. Check-in and out takes forever. San Cristobal tower rooms are spacious, but check in is understaffed compared to the rest of the hotel. Lounge food is not particularly good and sometimes it takes several orders to get what you ask for. Breakfast is ok. Lots of better located, less expensive options in Santiago...stay at one of those instead.

With a working group we were doing a series of activities in the Sheraton Lobby and the attention is really outstanding, personalized and of high quality. Not only did he maintain a friendly and fluid English conversation with our foreign guests, but he also took care of everything we asked for in the best way possible. I highlight among them, the attention of Massiel Aviles, from Lobby Bar, who organized the team and gave us a service of the highest level. I congratulate your professional preparation, your attitude and the decision of Sheraton Santiago to choose those with the most experience to deliver a great service.

Read lots of reviews before we went which did not give this hotel very positive comments. We found the staff very helpful, the rooms are standard chain hotel rooms we had one facing the pool which was good as the others faced a main road. The outdoor pool is not heated very cold, the indoor pool is heated and ok. Fitness centre is OK equipment is old but worked ok. We had breakfast which we found ok. From the hotel you can walk to restaurants and shops it is about a 20min walk which we found ok. The only problem we had was check out which took over 30mins.

rooms are small but 4th floor was OK. service in bar or at the pool is very slow. 45 minutes wait for a salad... breakfast is rather poor one day the rooms (both mine and a colleague) as well as lobby area and pool stank terribly of sewage. reported the smell in the room and there was no apology whatsoever. I had pre booked 2 hotel car transfer services- one for 6:30pm and one to collect me from the dinner at 10pm. At 6.30 the taxi was not available. I complained and there was no apology other than that the taxis were all busy. I then re-confirmed details for my 10pm collection. Come 10pm I called the hotel to enquire where the car was and they said that they had just sent it and it would be 25 minutes. Unacceptable when I prebooked it at noon that day and again no apology from the concierge. Fortunately uber works perfectly in Santiago.

I did come here to a bussines meet. Rooms have a great city view. Hotel is located in the center of the city. Meeting rooms are friendly ad full equipated. Foods are nice. The hotel has a great pool a big gym and a jacussi

We used our coveted SPG points only 7000 to stay at this phenomenal hotel. The service was impeccable. We arrived and the car we hired swept up the steep driveway. We were greeted by our concierge Joel. We paid the $80 upgrade which gave us a room on the 7th floor with wall to wall windws with a great view. The club upgrade gave us access to the Luxury Hotel Cristobel for happy hour with gourmet food delicacies and free wine. This also gave us access to an amazing breakfast spread with a view of Santiago to die for. We had mentioned to our concierge that we loved Guiness or other dark beers. and he and the hostess showed up at our door with 4 cold beers almost immediately after our arrival. We had lunch at El Cid which was OK. We had already planned to dine at PeoMayen Restaurant. The Hotel arranged a private town car for the 2 mile ride which cost $11.50. Then after eating the same driver was called and picked us up in a luxury town car. The hotel has a pool and cabanas, gardens and barbeque area. They grow their own herbs used in dining areas. Highly recommend this hotel. Use your SPG points. We were given 20,000 for signing up for AX SPG card. Well worth the $95 a year fee. You will love this hotel!

We arrived early after long flight but were able to be accommodated in handicap room, which had very nice amenities. Very quiet though on busy street. Had a wonderful dinner at El Cid, food was outstanding and decent value. Also the breakfast buffet the next day was excellent as well, although very crowded. Everything at the hotel went smoothly, and staff were very competent and nice. I had spoken to them in advance of our needs and they were able to help. Also, being a Sheraton member helps.

I would like to thanks all the Sheraton's team who made my stay plaisant. I spend two weeks there in a nice room with an amazing view, a beautiful swimming pool, gym, sauna and a nice park. Very good breakfast too. The restaurant El Cid is delicious and the service is perfect. A special thanks to Alexandro who spoke French with me, very kind. The buffet for lunch on sunday in the restaurant outside is remarkable. The must is the situation just next to the center but in a Green setting who is very appreciable in a city like Santiago. All the staff was, in general, kind and efficient. A special note for José at the concierge desk who is very professional, I appreciated. Hasta la próxima.

Location is great but hotel has trained the staff to ask for tip. I refused to tick the tip box in my dinner bill and the staff was not happy as there were only i other couple for dinner in the hotel. He insisted on the tip and then I had to tell him that if he really wanted tip, he should resign his job at Sheraton, go to a busy city center, put his handkerchief and beg. I am against tip because I work hard and earn my money, pay for the services and meals at the hotel so why would I give my money to anyone for free. Anyway, I arrived at the hotel at 4.00am and was told that the check-in time was 3.00pm. They offered me a room for $160 although there were other guests who were checking out well before their checkout time of 12.00noon. I was tired and sleepy after sleepless flight so I agreed. However, when my wife went to check out, thye charged her $220 for the room. After a lengthy argument and a call to the person who checked in us, they refunded the $60. I took a hotel transport to the airport. I asked the driver to pick up my cap from a bus depot which I left it on the bus the previous day. The driver agreed but with an extra charge of 5,000 pesos. We got stuck in the traffic so I asked the driver to go direct to the airport to avoid getting late for the flight. I noticed that he continued on the same route and dropped us to the airport. He charged me the extra 5,000 pesos although I believe that he did not go off the airport route. I complained to the hotel but they are not responding.
