The food and drinks are very expensive and the service is poor and slow. To top it off, on my last night there, I ordered a Pisco sour and a sandwich in the lobby bar (I was traveling with a large group, which never leaves a credit card on file so that we have to pay for everything as we consume it, in cash), stayed for about an hour as I ate and drank, then paid my check in cash with a good tip for the waitress (even though they got the sandwich wrong on the first try). They gave me the check and said to sign it for "internal control", which I did. The next day, I received an email from the head of the bar waitstaff asking me for my credit card information so that they could charge my (already paid for) Pisco sour and sandwich from the day before! I told her that I had paid for it in cash, to which the response was: "oh, well, I guess someone signed your name and charged it to your room", with a copy of my signed receipt. I told her to check the bar cameras, exactly where I sat, and what time I arrived and left. After that email, I never received another response, nor an apology for accusing me of stealing, when, really, the thief was one of their workers! I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Visited in June 2017 and back in September. Both times stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and Igor remembered us from our previous visit. Its nice when this happens. I am hoping to visit during their summer to enjoy their outdoor pool. Close to the city with a pleasant walk thru the out door street are displays.

I ordered a glass of wine poolside and it came in a stemless glass with three sips in it. I asked for a better pour and they took it back and brought it back the same. Asked inside at the bar and they said that's how they pour..... $10 US told us to bring our own!

My parents, cousin and aunt stayed here for three nights in November. The rooms are tiny, all bed, and the service is pretty bad. The first day we wanted a drink by the pool. The servers never came to us and asked if we wanted anything. after 35 mins we went up to the bar and ordered drinks. After 30 mins of waiting, my cousin went back up to the bar and ordered again. we sat there for 15 + mins while they made our drinks. there was a lot of staff but they were all clueless. one girl was doing roll ups at the register and not taking orders. we finally received the worst drinks i have ever had. all mix!!!! the next day we ordered wine, thinking how hard is it to mess that up. we received our glasses and it was hardly a few sips. I told the waitress and she took them back to get more but they came back the exact same. pathetic!!! He best part is the cold pool and the location is ok if you want to hike up to the san cristobal. Don’t order anything here though.

If the rooms are comfortable and quiet, don't expect a good breakfast ! There's no choice, the waiters are stressed and so unpleasant!! Very disappointing for a hotel of this standard. As for the food and drinks ,it's all very common with artificial orange squash, bad tea and very little choice of bread. And the tables are all scattered and you have to queue for a cup or a glass....when you find one! Bad experience.

The hotel did not have the quality which i normally experience in sheraton. I had to wait quite long at the check in. There was a noisy party. The quality of the breakfast is so so. On the positive side, the rooms are good. I have stayed in better hotels in santiago.

This is a very nice hotel. From the lobby to the pool to the rooms, this is a beautiful hotel. The buffet that they have on the patio behind the pool was VERY good. The drawbacks to this hotel don't have anything to do with the aesthetics. The breakfast was average at best, and the staff was not overly friendly. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.

Overall I had a very good stay. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very good and the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is in a good location, 15 mins walk from some good restaurants and 5/10 mins in the taxi from Bellavista. The gym was pretty big for a hotel with plenty of equipment and I had a very good massage for 40000 pesos. A few areas that could be improved: -No tea or coffee making facilities in the room -my mini bar (some cokes and diet cokes) were not restocked all week -the pool was really cold, it looks great but nobody uses it - the restaurant was too expensive so I never ate there All in all, these were small things and i'd stay there again.

I stayed at Sheraton during my 4 days visit to Santiago. The room was quite small and so was the bathroom, but very well decorated, with modern luxuries and a really nice view to the external pool and the Andes mountains. The service however is not the best. For 2 times after the daily cleaning one of the bath towels was missing and they never replaced the empty shampoo for a new one. In one of the afternoons we went to the hotel pool and they were out of towels, we asked to the staff were could we pick one, they said they would bring and it never happened. It was also very difficult to order some drinks nearby the pool.

From the moment I checked in I was made to feel at home! Very friendly reception staff. They really make you feel welcomed and they are very, very helpful. Nice to arrive and see a smiling face. The hotel facilities are great. Good restaurants with plenty of different dishes to choose from. Great selection of wines and after dinner drinks. The swimming pool area has to be visited and enjoy, it is a fantastic place where you can relax, have a drink and a snack after a long working day. The lobby bar is great. The whole experience has to be repeated. Well done to the hotel management. You have fantastic people working at the hotel. Next time I come to Santiago I will stay with you again.
