I stayed at the W Hotel Santiago Chile Oct 10-20, 2017. The staff are always willing and able to do whatever is necessary to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. While outside of the hotel my wallet and passport were stolen. Not a great experience to say the least. That night they sent a bottle of wine with some nuts and strawberries to my room. I had to make numerous called to Amex and VISA to cancel the cards. Upon checking out there were charges for these calls amounting to $361USD. I questioned these charges and they were removed immediately. They really understand what it means to have a happy customer, not like some other places I've stayed. I know the wine didn't directly help my situation but a little understanding goes a long way. Thanks again to everyone at this great hotel.

I have. Even here too many times today I decide to visit w lounge. Second night in a row they ask me if I want dinner or a drink seat in a bar or restourant or just a sofa , never had this kind of choice in a Hotel . I choose the bar. I was greeted by 33 years old manager by the name Juan Z. He called me Hi Andy hello how do you know my name from last night . Ten minute go by this manger is working in the bar I asked him why are you a bartender well I use to be a bartender we have full house I have to help. Well first time in any case if you go to W HOTEL IN Santiago Lascondea go to 4 th floor W Loungh for meeting, dinner, drink or just a wonderful time. Classic place in the entire Santiago. What a place what a manager what a crew . Thanks guys and girls you make your W proud.

It's a nightmare trying to have dinner in the restaurant, as other people reserve the whole venue for other events. Constanza, from the restaurant is quite rude and passive-agressive so, avoid dining here all in all. Good hotel. Good customer service, except Constanza and the restaurants.

The cocktails are amazingly tasty. A bit pricey, but it is a fancy rooftop terrace. The view at night is wonderful. One day we ran into a silent techno disco, which was great fun. Other nights it's great for a drink out or date.

I already traveled several times to Santiago and W is definitely the best option in town..I already stayed at Ritz, Hyatt, Intercontinental and strongly recommend W... despite some minor issues, such as the turn down service in the evenings, the staff is really nice and the location is great.. you have several nice restaurants in the building/ area and the rooftop pool with the view to the Andes is awesome.. the sauna/bathroom in the pool area should be improved as it was not working.. the breakfast is great and you can use a really nice gym in the building.. would definitely return.

I've been coming to this hotel for more than eight years now and I still love it. The staff has changed over time but the customer service attitude has not. The restaurant themes have changed, but the quality has not. The shops in the hotel itself have changed, and in the building too for that matter, but the elegance and stature has not. With the location you'd think this hotel might be either a little haughty or stuck-up. NOT AT ALL!!! In fact just the opposite. The entire team here has always bent over backwards to help me feel at home, and while this may sound a little trite, part of the family. Okay maybe not a family member, but certainly not out of place. I love this hotel. I absolutely love this hotel.

If you’re in the mood, the W chain does a decent enough line in Rock’n’roll glamor. This was a better example of the genre: the public spaces were suitably hip, the rooms of a decent size and staff unfailing attentive. Minor quibbles would be an oddball system of elevators - one of any three banks to choose- and the gorgeous roof top pool that was also closed on my visit.

Met my parents here at the end of my backpacking trip and have been meaning to review forever! The layout is odd and the neighborhood is a bit boring but the hotel itself is way nice. Clean, spacious and really hip. Loved the vibe! The concierges were super knowledgeable and gave great advice. The rooftop pool was truly OTT and the Pisco Sours cannot be beat!

It is really nice hotel, I have wanted to stay there for some time but didn't quite meet my expectations. It may have been the fact there was construction to a restraint and pool and rooftop bar. That was part of it but expected more.

Top quality in Santiago. Very nice and modern rooms with outstanding view towards square and skyline. Excelent breakfast, concierge and overall services. Nice bar. Very good location, including the wine shop downstairs.
