Great hotel if you’re not in town on business

Hotel itself is very pretty, just don’t expect to have working Wifi - apparently it’s an ongoing issue because others have commented the same in reviews - Phone service and Wi-Fi barely work in the room - I had to use my own phone hot spot and move to the reception the entire weekend to get work done. Even then the connection was super slow. Everything is great, just don't expect to have working Wi-Fi.

This boutique hotel is on the edge of a really nice area and close to the centre. The suite was a large rom with balcony with a modern bathroom set up and it was comfortable. The bed was also comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was decent by Chile standards. The wifi in the room was not quite good enough to stream. Otherwise for the price this hotel was fine.

We really enjoy the Hotel, Gabriela at the reception was very helpful and nice. At the beginning the area outside the hotel looks sketchy but it was safe we even stay out after dark in the area of the Historic Center. The hotel was nice, prepare us breakfast to go when we took a tour. We recommend this Hotel.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

What a lovely hotel! The room had everything we needed, it was quiet and peaceful, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was always enjoyable. It is also very well situated and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see in Santiago. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful old-world house with original dark wood (and stairs that creak). Reception has someone 24 hours. The receptionist was very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area Lovely room

Clean spacious room with great air conditioning!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. A highlight for me was definitely the air conditioning, which worked very well, providing much-needed relief from the 90+ degree Fahrenheit (over 30°C) heat. Breakfast was more than adequate, and the staff's friendliness was a delightful bonus. Not necessarily a negative, however, the bathtub in our room was out in the open, though there was a shower included in the bathroom. Highly recommended!
