We loved the location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood. The hotel is very pretty and the breakfast very good!

Simple, modern, chic and elegant with great customer service and delicious breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very well located in the Centro of Santiago and I was able to see much on foot. I am already planning my next trip back and will definitely be staying here again.

Our first impression of the hotel was a good one, with a nice contemporary design in an old restored building. However, as soon as we checked into our room, we noticed numerous tiles coming up off the floor in the combined shower/toilet room, but liked the room nonetheless. The problems began on our third day, when at breakfast, we found not one, but seven hairs in the fruit, gross! We decided that we would just eat breakfast somewhere else, no big deal. Later that same morning, the water pump for the toilet stopped working and we were left with no choice but to move to another room because it was Sunday and the hotel had no one to fix the issue. We quickly gathered our belongings, dropped them in our new room and went out. We noticed a very heavy mold smell in the new room, but figured that was because the air conditioning was not on. We returned around 11pm and the mold smell was still very strong, but figured it was so late, we could just deal with it in the morning. I woke up at 4am suffering from an asthma attack because the mold was so strong in the room. After changing rooms again, we noticed even more maintenance issues in the third room, and at that point, we decided we had enough, and asked for a refund for the additional nights on our reservation. As bad as the facilities are at this hotel, the staff was superb, always friendly and apologetic about the numerous problems we experienced.

I love this hotel, staff is fantastic, room are modern and clean

nice and neat, very good breakfast with fresh juice.

In general I am satisfied with the hotel: the room is clean, breakfast has a lot of varieties and the facilities look new. The only thing that irked me was the unfriendly reception staff member, who told me wrong information and was unapologetic when I came back to confirm with him. It is not a matter of life and death, but the incident did mar my first impression of Santiago.

Would recommend to all. Great staff, comfortable bed, etc. Will return!!!!

awsome, taste for simple yet ellegant decor. Very confy feel. Loved the elevator, as they kept using the old one. Great room view (suites), overlooking the Museo de Arte A hotel, I would love to go back to

Hotel muy acogedor y personal amable! Ampliamente recomendable.
