Con: Room stayed pretty warm the entire stay, made sleep a bit unsettled. They gym was really hot, not comfortably usable during the day. Movie options on the television would be nice. Pro: Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Lovely room. Comfy bed and pillows. Food was overall very good. Shower great.
Hotel Restaurant food was divine. Staff was super nice.
Beautiful, Excellent staff, wonderful Spa, and a great location.
This is a decent property but not great. We had no hot water pressure for either day and the rooms were a little less plush than many other RC properties. The staff was good though!
Great hotel great staff clean great location adjacent to metro relaxing environment
Attentive staff, formal lobby, excellent dining and spa.
Their very old air condition is very very noisy until I turn it off. I sure can give it 5 stars if I paid US$100 per night. Customs should sleeps better for a hotel with US$300 per night.
The room makers even took care of out clothes: they put the dirty ones in plastic bags and folded the clean ones left in disarray
Just got back from a business trip to Santiago, 2 night stay at the Ritz Carlton. By the name and the brand you would expect a lot of pampering and attention from the staff, the truth is that the location is PERFECT, the room was big and nice, but the staff is poor. Had to call 4 times to get a bellman take my luggage. Took a taxi (special cars just for hotel) from the hotel, left my iphone there, never got it back. The staff even took like two hours to answer my claim, this is a BIG down turn. Would not stay again there, would rather chose the W Santiago at Isidora, great avenue by the way. Awesome city, poor staff at the RITZ.
We've had a very good experience at the Ritz Carlton in Santiago, Chile. The rooms are very nice and staff is very friendly. I did not have time to enjoy things such as the gym and swimming pool but I really liked what I had a chance to enjoy.
[...] Service room confused.
La atención del personal es excelente
