Stayed for three nights and it was wonderful to say the least. From the time of our arrival to our departure every staff member made us feel at home. We stayed at a club level suite and had access to their club lounge that made a difference during our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by Josefina, club concierge, who did our personalized check-in and also she made a tremendous positive impact throughout our stay by attentively and graciously answering every question or request we made. Actually every club level concierge staff provided us with top level service. Additionally, If you are lucky enough to get Clarita as your room maid, you will not want to go home anymore because this lady really loves what she is doing and it shows through her work. Every time we got back to our room it was immaculate. From the bell hopper, Pablo, to the valet, Roberto, service was provided with the utmost professionalism. Club level provides breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. I had breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor, since it was part of my package, and it was marvelous. Everyday they changed their menu and it was top notch. Upon check out, we were assisted by concierge representative Marlyn who provided a fantastic service. Coincidentally, the club level manager, Natasha, was nearby and I was able to personally convey to her my total satisfaction with her entire staff. I will definitely stay there again and do recommend as, in my opinion and personal experience, it will not disappoint anyone.
I spent a short business trip at the Ritz Carlton. The location was very central allowing me to get to my office and other meeting locations in a short amount of time. The hotel itself was a relaxing environment after each day's work. The club lounge was very convenient and made for quick service meals throughout the days.
The Ritz is what is you are expecting: nice accommodation, beautiful restaurant and convenient bar! A very nice experience. This location is specifically cited convenient and is according to what is expected.
Hotel does not recognize the value of Platinum members of the hotel chain. No amenities or benefits for membership status. Restaurant staff, except for Felipe were uninterested in serving the customers. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes for a cup of coffee, in spite of asking 3 times. Food half way cooked on another occasion.
What can I say ! Ritz hotels around the world are always top of the line. Very classical with perfect service. The hotel is situated in the best sector of the city. Not very far away from the highest tower in the city : gran torre santiago. Lots of shopping available in the same building. Finally, there is a lot of good restaurants very close to the hotel. Enjoy !
Stayed here whilst on the way to Valparaiso. The hotel was very nicely decorated for Xmas. Getting through the reception process was a bit of a struggle as the receptionist was new. Our room was comfortable as exepcted for a 5* hotel. The dining area was very modern in styule and breakfast had quite a good choice. Very helpful concierge

I am presently in the Executive Lounge of the Ritz Cartlon, Santiago, waiting for my time to transfer to the airport and home. This has been my fifth stay at a Ritz Carlton hotel, once in Miama Fl., once in Berlin and my third here in Santiago. Miami was not good but Berlin and Santiago have been excellent. I have a fancy credit card that gets me upgrades and other goodies, such as my now hanging out in the Executive Lounge where I can nibble and drink all day like grazing cattle. And I am superficial enough to like and appreciate the staff welcoming me by name welcomed by name each time I go in and out the front door though I have to remember that this courtesy is merely a commercial nicety and not a measure of my actual worth (memento mori). The quietude of the Executive Lounge is occasionally rattled by the sing of a power drill somewhere around or below me. This is because the rooms are getting a bit tired and Messrs. Ritz & Carlton are quite properly tarting them up. Renovations are a noisy business but better done that not, so it´s okay by me. The hotel´s restaurant, Estro, is surprisingly empty at night. Surprisingly because the food there is good, very good - some dishes are even memorable and the house cabernet sauvignon is delightful (but not so the pinot noir). The 12th floor is a beautiful space: the pool, spay and gym, bathed in the light from the celestial windows. Lying on the lounges, one would think that one had gone to heaven. it´s a shame that the gym equipment had not been given the same attention as the ambience. There is no equipment for lower limb training, no rollers, no mats and very little in the way of unstable surfaces (for balance training). It appears that the intention was to put something together that can looks like a gym rather than a properly designed space for fitness and training. My memories of the Santiago Ritz Carlton: Juan, the doorman (you never get a second chance to make a first impression), the concierge, front desk, Executive Lounge staff and the chamber-maids. Every one, without exception, a welcoming, helpful and professional member of the team.
This was my first time staying at a Ritz hotel... I was expecting luxurious rooms and an amazing experience... I would say i was not overwhelmed by the experience... The rooms were average (having stay in W Chile, Marriot, Sheraton Towers, Sheraton) when compared to the other hotels I have stayed at. For example, the rooms in the W are in my opinion more luxurious and nicely appointed. Where i believe the hotel stood out was in the breakfast that i thought was much better than the other hotel food I have eaten. I also thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. My overall impression was positive but i believe the W is a nicer hotel when compared to the Ritz.
You arrive at this great location and will be greeted by a beautiful classic lobby. Check in was quick and efficient. Check out not so much. I should have checked out at the lounge level. Service was otherwise on point. Speaking of the lounge, if you are not a sufficiently high level of frequent stayer level to get free executive lounge access, you may find it would the money (another $100 in my case) for the free Wi-Fi and a good selection of breakfast items and heavy snacks throughout the day. The rooms are a decent size with a separate toilet area, tub and separate shower. The rooms do not have coffeemakers and do not include free Wi-Fi. The hotel is being renovated and there was construction during my stay, but I was warned and it was not too intrusive.
