I stayed in the Solace for 4 nights on a business trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's well located, the staff is amazing, and its comfortable. I would note though that the gym is very underwhelming and there is almost no counter space in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

My wife and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and we decided to make Solace our stay of choice, the staff was very customer friendly and even though we spoke English they made sure the information provided was clear and precise, a big thank you to our room maid Nicole she made sure our room was properly clean, overall it’s a 5 star rating for us and we would definitely book our stay at SOLACE again it was a great experience.
