Noi Vitacura5.0 out of 5.0

Vitacura is the nicest neighborhood in Santiago and Noi is perfectly positioned. Walking distance from good restaurants and the lovely Bicentenario Park. Big rooms with lots of windows, nice coffee shop in the front, great roof top bar with a 'scene' and amazing views of the Andes.
In short: Our room on the 8th Floor was spacious and the view fantastic. The rest is as far away from 5 star standard as Santiago from Rio. Room maintenance, service/efficiency and friendliness of some of the staff members... all this has to be drasticlly improved... A pity because the location of the Noi is one of the best in Santiago with lots of things to see and do within walking distance. This is also the only reason to go back to this place...
Very good location and very comfortable. Yet so we noticed a less profound service level and customer attention than before. More stiff Than really welcoming this time. Also the comfort and space around the piscine could be improved . Yet the rooftop bar is very nice with good would and trendy setting
Very good option while being in Santiago. Not in downtown, but very well located in the Vitacura area. Nice to Parque Bicentenario, which is very convenient if you want to go out for a run or a walk. Close to the mall, and with plenty of good restaurants around, such as Ox, Carnal, La Mar, etc. Nice rooftop bar with a pool, with a very cool atmosphere. Great for drinks to wind down on the afternoon watching the Andes.
I stayed at Noi Vitacura for 10 days in December on business. Here was the good and the bad: The Bad: - hotel wifi is very slow and spotty. It is not reliable for business. You can’t really download files or do a skype call. It’s fine for checking email and that’s about it. - the service at the rooftop hotel is really bad. They double charged us and had problems fixing it. Food takes forever to come and the ipads you order on are really glitchy. It is also really hard to get a server’s attention. - the pool on the rooftop is freezing and there are no returns/vents in the pool, which means the water is not being filtered or cleaned. - front desk is ver slow. Waited 25 mins to check out. - The cleaning staff often forgot to leave hand soap, fresh towels etc and I would have to call down for some. - The room Air Conditioners don’t really work. The thermostats don’t regulate the temperature. This happened to all of us in different rooms and on different floors. - The buttons for the automatic curtains didn’t work and it was hard to open and close them manually on their tracks. - the hotel lobby and hallways are very open concept, which is pretty but voices travel when people come back to the hotel late at night and that can be noisy. - hotel exterior design means most rooms don’t have a clear view as there are these wooden slats covering all the windows. The Good: - nice, spacious and clean rooms - beautiful, modern bathrooms - great cafe on main floor with good coffee - beautiful, quiet neighbourhood close to lots of great restaurants and a great park. - excellent excellent breakfast, included I believe. Hot food like eggs and bacon and so many sweets, made to order omelettes and coffees. - The gym. It was small but functional - The spa infinity hot tub was beautiful. - Majority of staff was very kind.
The hotel is very well located. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and malls. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast has a great variety and the pool has an amazing view of the city. The only problem during our stay were the elevators since one was broken and it took time to catch an empty ride.
Excellent and spacious room, great breakfast and the location was ideal. You could walk to major malls and shoping area. The neighborhood was very exquisite. Absolut must is the roof garden with the small pool.
Infrastructure is ok, service on budget hotel level. Room pictures have been taken by a good photographer, in reality they are fairly tight even more so, when considering that half of a usual bathroom infrastructure is actually part of the bedroom. When they say" immediately", it is really 30 minutes which can be a long wait. Should you consider staying there (not recommended) please avoid the hotel taxi which charges about 3x what any normal taxi charges (CLP150 to Lastarria vs CLP 45 on way back with normal taxi) Despite booking very early, the hotel did not reserve the 2 booked rooms beside each other and when asking for it, there was no willingness to help as there were apparently no other rooms available.Oddly, after technical issue with the a/c in one of the allocated rooms, all of a sudden another room was available, closer to the 2nd room we booked!
Hotel is in a great location, with shopping, restaurants and bars nearby in walking distance. Sakura, which is downstairs, is one of Best Japanese in all of Santiago. There is a pool and bar/ restaurant on the roof with a panoramic view of the city. They have a spa with extensive service which I hope to check out! The only reason for a four instead of a 5 rating is that they are missing a couple of things I am used to seeing in hotel rooms. Complementary water, an iron, and available adaptors for guests who forget to bring. Other than those small details, this is an excellent hotel.
Check-in was early so we were afforded a small room in level -1. Thank you. Roof garden and pool were excellent, with a superb view. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy wifi setup. Beautiful stonework in bath. Hotel is only 6 years old.
