Great location . Beautiful views . The room with the terrace is big and nice.

The hotel is a nice place, but the breakfast is really bad. The hot dishes are dry and overcooked. The salmon dish, a simbol of Chile, had a bad look. Not fresh at all. It doesn't like filet, but a papa. The restaurant in the top of the building serves a pizza that is like a bread with cheese. Go out to breakfast and all meals.

We were moved to three different rooms none of them had working air-conditioning. The hotel is very loud, all of the room doors are in an atrium and noise is amplified from the lobby and from the very loud club on the roof. We were unable to sleep due to the heat and noise

Very accommodating hotel. For foreign travelers who like to find a place where the surroundings and the staff make you feel like you're at a home away from home, this is it. From the subterranean spa to the rooftop patio bar, Noi Vitacura's staff and facility are fantastic.

I stayed for one night at NOI hotel in Vitacura, Santiago. I arrived by car, and the first impression was the valet service, which was not welcoming, blurted out questions that, were I not a native speaker, I would not have been able to answer (I was not asked whether I was going to stay at the hotel, but rather told that there was no self parking and that I needed valet, then I was asked how much was the value of things I was leaving in the car and to sign the valet slip before getting out of the car). Front desk was attentive, but seemed a little baffled with my foreign documents. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean and the amenities nice. It was nice to have a full set of vanity accessories available (I forgot my toothbrush). However, I do not like to have the wash basin in the room, and would much rather have a shower that does not leave everything wet because there is no edge or door to it. The bathroom was acceptably clean. The room is too safe and too basic. It has no explanation as to how to use it and I made the mistake of closing it before I saw any instructions (apparently they are stored inside the safe:)) as to how to operate it. The cafe (or "library" bar) offered a nice tea service, but did not allow be to charge to the room or use credit card, only cash. The checkout process was somewhat slow; I had to remind the attendant that I had had a shirt ironed (yes, no iron in the room, something my wife would have reminded me to complain about). Then it took an additional 10 minutes waiting in the front desk for the charges to be added. In all, the location is great (a beautiful neighborhood with a park close by, easy but busy access, great restaurants, galleries and shops in the area), the room is furnished with taste in a modern style, but the service certainly needs polishing, particularly that of the front desk and restaurants.
