I booked my parents to stay the the Noi because it was near where I am working for a while. It was wonderful. The hotel staff really really helped me with all the things I wanted to arrange for my parents. The people working at reception were very helpful and nice. And the concierge Arianna was just fantastic at arranging some trips for us. Also we arranged the airport transfers with the Noi and the driver Hector was very kind and nice, and extremely punctual. Plus when I needed to get to the airport quickly then the hotel sorted it out instantly and Boris kindly drove me straight there. I really can't say enough nice things as my parents enjoyed staying there so much, and that made me extremely happy. Plus we enjoyed having drinks and snacks in the rooftop bar.
The best thing about this hotel were the great breakfast buffets -- really lovely fresh baked goods, ripe and beautiful fruit, fresh juices, cooked Chilean and Western specialties -- served by friendly staff. The room was also clean and comfortable. Nice bar on top (the tiny pool is more an aesthetic addition than a place to swim) with great views. An enjoyable stay all around.
Excellent hotel, excellent service! The bar on the roof is very nice, very enjoyable in the afternoon and evening. The rooms are very good. Very decent breakfast as well. For runners, the park nearby is amazing. I highly recommend it!
Amazing views, vibrant atmosphere and great food and drinks. A must visit in Santiago during summer. This is my second visit and when we move here in the next couple of months I am sure we will become regulars.
We spent almost a week at Noi Vitacura on our last trip to Santiago and we overall had a good time. Our terrace suite was large and well furnished with splendid view of the mountains and surrounding area. The included breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection of food available. However there are definitely a few things that need to be improved. First, service was a mixed bag at the hotel and tended to vary from excellent to terrible. In particular the staff at the rooftop bar were more interested in talking among themselves than serving any customers even when there were barely any tables occupied. Second, the internet service at the hotel is just not working well enough and it was often difficult to get a stable connection or speed was so slow that it was better to use our mobile phone connection. Third, the in-room safe are simply too small and can't accommodate anything larger than an iPad which means that if you are travelling with a laptop, you'll have to leave it in your luggage or bring it with you when you explore the city which is quite inconvenient. The location of the hotel is very nice in a quiet area with many nice restaurants and shopping available nearby. We found it very convenient to use as a home base to explore Santiago yet quiet when we retreated to our room and we really enjoyed sitting on our terrace to enjoy the sunset and have a nice glass of wine. Overall we had a good time and would definitely consider coming back on our next trip to Santiago.
We were very excited to spend Valentine’s day there... we got to our room and although the room was very clean and nice, we only had one robe and no towels. Then, we used the sink and part of it fell off onto our feet!!! On our way out I let the front desk know and NOBODY came to fix it, we didn’t even get an apology... I had to tell them again on our way out and no apology made either. We paid and left.
Near the best restaurants of Santiago, NOI Vitacura offers a very good option for travellers with kids. Nice view from the swimming pool on the rooftop. Walking distance to Casa Costanera and other nice stores. I would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Santiago.
In our first room the air conditioning was broken, they were supposed to fix it while we were at dinner.... they didn’t. The next morning when we went to complain, they offered to fix it or move rooms. We opted to move rooms which solved our problem. Other than that problem, the hotel had a great location and a fabulous room top pool and restaurant. Best views in the city!
We stayed at this hotel from Jan 8th through the 11th .We had a large suite which was well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. We asked for a tea pot,a bed sheet ,an extra luggage stand and hot milk on separate occasions and they delivered promptly each time. The hotel is located close the a large park and very good restaurants within a short walk.We had lunch and dinner at different restaurants and they were all very good, especially Bautista(fish and steak) and The Saffron(Indian) . We also enjoyed going to different art galleries within the neighborhood .The rooftop bar is amazing with 360 views of the city. Our buffet breakfast had good variety and was delicious. The only complaint we had was we could not lower the temperature in the room below 18 C or approx,65 F and the actual room temperature was 24 C or 75 F !!
