The receptionist put us directly under a room with under construction and didn’t tell us until I called and complained. The hammering went on until 6pm which during the time we should be resting after a long drive from Sta Clara. She gave us a free meal ticket but that is not what we are there for but to rest. No apology and commented there is a note in front of the entrance. We were already in the room and unpacked so I can’t suggest to move us out. Not a pleasant stay and the hallway was very noisy.

This is a great hotel! Front desk is very welcoming and the best part is their breakfast. Our family enjoyed the time here .. they also have a rooftop bistro and bar which is very well done .. also, the happy hour :) shout out to Heather from the breakfast team!

Room was very clean but a bit dated. Carpet worn/stained, but so clean that you don’t really care. I’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years and am always happy to return. The rooftop is amazing.
