Fantasy baseball draft

Was the perfect place to stay for once a year get together. Could walk to many local hot spots. Easy communication with owner and described perfectly by pictures. We will recommend to others.

Great Spot for a Great Time

Location is perfect and the place is awesome. Everything you need is there. The arcade and game room got a lot of use as well. We all enjoyed the place and the proximity to everything there is to do!!!!

Great time in Sandusky!

**5/5 Stars** We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location and fully stocked

This is hands down the best stocked rental I’ve ever seen. Not only basic supplies like coffee fixings, but ninja blender, instapot, and just so many extras. Most rentals try to cut corners but this place has everything you could possibly think of. The location is great - close to Cedar Point, walkable to downtown Sandusky, and the lake. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, well stocked, super value!

We stayed at this apartment for an October weekend to attend Cedar Point's Halloweekends. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much! The park was an easy, short 10 minutes away. Located right downtown, we were within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The downtown also has a nice park on the water for watching sunrises, sunsets or fishermen :). Parking is right out front for one car with easy alternative parking for additional cars. The apartment itself was a good size with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. They had many pillow types for a variety of options for you as well. The main living area had comfortable seating and fun options for fun while spending time inside (darts, ping pong, foosball, and an arcade game loaded with a full list of games). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need. They are also very generous and stock coffee pods and coffee packs if you want a full pot. The cleanliness was great. Linens were well washed, and floors and surfaces were very clean. I felt as comfortable with the cleanliness as I do in my own home. If I am to list a negative, the walls/windows are very thin and you can hear the road noise and building noise from other tenants. For us, it was very easy to get used to and did not impact our stay. They are pet friendly and we saw other pets in the building, but there was no evidence that pets have soiled the appt. Overall - would highly recommend to others!

The property itself was a cool historical building with bright murals. Loved the themed rooms. The property had a bad smell the entire time (think sewer). The king was loud and shaky.

Spacious

Celebrated husband’s birthday in Cedar Point and it was in a perfect location. The next day walked the dog by the lake and so many places to eat with a view. My husband and my adult kids even my dog enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Fun times downtown Sandusky

Great property, well stocked with linens and toiletries. The check in process was simple and property manager communicated every detail needed to ensure a pleasant stay. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere in town. We came with our kids and there was so much to do in the condo as far as games- very family friendly place.

Great Stay After a Week of Service

We ended our week of serving in upstate New York here. The property exceeded our expectations—it was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and well-maintained. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place!

Memorial weekend

Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Lots of towels and extra blankets. The coffee for the keurig was good. :) Games for kids to play and plenty off televisions, if you wanted that. The door handles for bathrooms and bedrooms were a bit quirky and parking was a bit challenging because of bike week, but our hosts did as much as they could to secure the visitor spots. We would have liked more than one space for parking since we had 11 people and two vehicles, but that was the only negative. We would stay here again.

Don't shower and flush the toilet at the sametime park only in your assigned parking spot.

It was clean and well keep. Plenty of towels wash cloths and such. those little things matter
