Nice place.

Very nice room. Nice towels. Didn't swim in the pool but it looked fine. I was looking forward to the warm therapy pool [we had stayed here before] and instead the jets were broken so it wasn't warm. Breakfast was ok. Freat service. Short distance from Cedar Point.

We absolutely loved our hot tub room. Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed too. The only not so great thing was the elevator broke and was not running for two days. My boyfriend had hip and hernia surgeries recently so it was a bit of a trek for him but we would still choose best western again!

The only issue I have with the hotel was the musty/moldy smell in the room. I feel if you get rid of the carpet in the rooms you will rid the rooms of the musty/moldy. Other than that the place was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was good. You might want to think about adding another waffle maker in the breakfast area and another treadmill to the workout room.

This was adequate for our short trip. Booked a room with 3 beds but it was set up with only 2 towels. Housekeeping only came once in our 4 night stay. Waking around on the rug my feet got dirty, but bedding and bathroom were very clean.

- When we got to our room we realize that were used soap and the towels were wet. - We were a party of four and we just had two big towels, so I called front desk to report the issue and ask for more towels and the lady said: ok, what you need? very rude. - The ice machine in 2nd floor didn't work and the elevator stop working just when we needed to get down with our suitcases, it is very clear that the building is very old and it's missing of maintenance.
