The studio is small, but we can provide couch bed for a small kid. Just 2 Blocks from the Best Beach of San Juan, Walking Distance to trendy Loiza Street and Condado Area; Restaurants, bars, great nightlife, shops, parks, running track; close to Walgreens, Postal Service Station and Kasalta Bakery. Near Bus Stop (Bus Route to Isla Verde-Condado-Old San Juan).

Mini-Studio of 175 sf approximately with king size bed, bathroom, mini-split air conditioning, mini breakfast area with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker; closet, small balcony. You'll have beach towels, chairs, small coolers, complementary water, coffee and other goodies to make your visit comfortable.

*Self-check-in with lockbox.
*The mini-studio is small, but we can provide couch bed for a small kid (5-12 years). Please let us know about this need when requesting a booking.
* Potential for noise. The neighborhood is very quiet but some days you can hear some noise, kids, cars or music. Guests release us/ hosts/owners of any responsibility for any sounds and noises which might be coming from outside of the property and can be heard inside of the apartment.
*Free street parking. No parking on property. It's possible to find a free available parking on the street front the house or very close to the property inside the gated comunity.
*Guests release us/hosts/owners of any accident, incident, injury, damage, harm, death or theft that can occur to them or their belongings inside or outside of the apartments or/and inside or outside the entire property.
*Pets live on property - medium sized dog and one cat live inside house on second floor but does not have access to the apartment.
*Pets allowed. Pets must be approved by host prior to booking.
*Outages of all kinds can happen in Puerto Rico, so hosts/owners assume no liability for water, electricity or internet outages.
