Jorge was great with communicating everything from local recommendations to accomadating changes to our plans. The place itself is beautiful and well kept. We had access to the downstairs and upstairs with easy insructions for both. The area feels safe and walkable. Would definitely be a top choise to book for our next stay in Puerto Rico!

Both the upper and lower units were wonderful. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so handy having Walmart just a couple blocks away for groceries, and we found several restaurants we enjoyed just a short walk away. We were able to walk to the beach and most places we wanted to go. Ubers were readily available for places further away. We had trouble with the shower, but Jorge was there in five minutes and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again.

The best San Juan property for a large group!

Jorge is an amazing host who accommodated a large group of 15 guys over MDW. The property is stunning, clean and spacious, and has two units that sleep everyone easily. The check in process is seamless and Jorge helped by even providing us local recommendations for entertainment and food. Very highly recommend!

Perfect home for large group travel

This property was outstanding for my friends and family while we visited San Juan . It was in a great location , walking distant from local stores , beaches and cafes. Jorge and his team were extremely accommodating, responsive , and friendly. I highly recommended this rental if your thinking of where to stay in San Juan
