Just stay somewhere else. Not clean, rooms are in need of an upgrade and depressing rooms on the first floor, especially the ones that have no daylight. Way better options around.

The location was great. Hotel was clean and nice. Front desk helpful and accommodating.

Had a great stay at the Urban Boutique Hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful with every interaction. The hotel itself was charming and well kept. The location itself can’t be beat with it being so central in little Italy and a short walk to many attractions.

Quite cozy

This is my second time staying here. Super easy check in. Friendly staff. Public transit walking distance. Great food options with in steps of the front door. Saturday farmers market was a fun surprise. Will stay here again!

This was a great stay right in the heart of Little Italy! The room was clean and had all the things we could need. The location was very accessible to local transportation and had plenty of dining options available around. The staff was courteous and kind.

Conveniently located at the center of Little Italy, close to all the restaurants but at night it can a bit noisy since you can hear everything from your room. The room is small and in need of some upgrades but it was clean.

I wish America had more safe, clean, quiet, and efficient boutique hotels like this in great neighborhoods. It makes traveling far more affordable.

This was an anniversary trip weekend and we were looking forward to the chic and cute vibe as advertised. We arrived at checkin and the process was pretty routine. We we’re given an “upgrade” to a king bed room on the ground floor. The room was nothing like the photos advertised, didn’t seem clean, had heavy wear and several things were broken and nearly everything except the bed and the vanity were in bad shape. The lighting was terrible and inadequate and the window looked out to a dingy block wall and let in no light at all. The room was just plain terrible and my tolerance for poor room quality is high since I’ve stayed in many hotels/motels for work where I had no choice where I stayed. The look on my wife’s face was heartbreaking since it was clear that our anniversary trip was off to a terrible start and the room would put a damper on our whole weekend. We tried to look at the bright side and make the best of it but the room was unacceptable and we just couldn’t do it to ourselves to stay there. Less than an hour after checking in we went to the front desk to turn in our keys and leave since there was no way we were going to spend our trip here. The front desk clerk was not at all surprised when we explained why we were leaving. I expected some sort of apology or refund or discount but that’s not how they do business. it appears that they have no issue with this bait and switch type of marketing. The location is great but overall it’s terrible.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

To my great surprise the hotel is right smack in the middle of Little Italy, I walked around everywhere & there was music every day in the plaza & a 4 block long farmer’s market on Saturday morning. Can’t beat it for the price, location, and cleanliness. I had a few issues with the tv, could hear neighbors above, and I didn’t know there was a little coffee area downstairs. Overall, I would stay here again.

Rooms too small

I wish that they had more offer for a continental breakfast. And that they offered bottled water.I wish that they had more offer for a continental breakfast. And that they offered bottled water.
