We love it here at Town and Country. We come atleast once a year. Rooms are always very clean. The kids love the pools especially the water slide and entertainment they offer. We love the accessibility of the coffee shop and restaurants near by. As well as the shopping center right behind the resort.

Room and hotel were very nice. The room we had has been recently renovated. The hotel accommodates large groups for conferences. This caused the check in process to be painful. We were in line for over 45 minutes.

Lobby, outdoor spaces including activities available were good. Plenty of fire places and seats to lounge in outside in the main courtyard. We were assigned a VIP room but the hotel placed us in the furthest, oldest building from the main lobby with a very small pool area. Also if you happen to go during an onsite convention, beware there may be groups of unattended teenagers/college students who like to yell throughout the night into the wee hours of the morning. Did not sleep well!
