Awesome view!
This is a beach front property with an awesome view! We spent mornings surfer and surf watching from the living room while eating a bit of breakfast. Several mornings we were able to watch a couple of pods of dolphins swimming by as well! It does not have central air but the trick is to leave the sliding door open, blinds closed with the fan pointed outward, plus the ceiling fan in the bedroom to keep it cool during the day. The only thing to improve would be another small fan to help with cross breeze.
