I consider myself very well-travelled with low expectations when it comes to accommodations. After getting bumped from the last flight out of San Diego, I made a reservation in a panic. Unfortunately this was hands down the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My room had stained, crunchy carpet, peeling wallpaper with water damage, sink that wouldn’t drain, mildew smell, stained mattress and cockroaches running around on the dresser, desk and TV. I attempted to sleep on top of the comforter along with my things next to me and finally decided to call a taxi at 4:00am. Do not stay here, it was atrocious.

Great place , we go there once a year , and we got good price this time , happy.

We were really excited about the location of this hotel and the bed was really comfortable. However, we couldn’t sleep because there were quite a few roaches crawling around everywhere. I am a nurse who happens to be recovering from cancer and am still taking an oral chemo, so this was extra disgusting to me...Especially during a pandemic. They boasted about their cleanliness and sanitizing, but their carpet was absolutely disgusting (green, stained, and dirty). We had to stay a week because that’s what we booked and it was non-refundable. It was miserable. I wrote an email to the hotel asking for a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good experience. I'd stay here again if the opportunity came up

Nice location. Very friendly staff. Will stay again

Excellent location marina restaurants. Property needs a little TLC

Great location. Property has been well kept up and on site parking is a plus.

As long as you know what you're getting, it's a great, simple hotel. Don't consider the 'breakfast' anything substantial at all. But besides that, room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was all good. Thank you

Room was clean and updated. Its more than expecred in the price range. Thumbs up

free parking. bed/shower/toilet needs fulfilled. Book with very low expectations. Very run down but somewhat clean inside. One outlet for electronics. TV didn't work. Bed was rough. Fridge inside. Bums napping in the grass but harmless. Windows to the room are not very secure but this wasn't much of a concern. Traffic noise. I did, but I wouldn't recommend paying more than $50 per night. Walking distance to food/gas/marina. Uber costs respectable to most locations from this area.

This place made me feel dirty. Upon checking in we went to our room and when opening the door the housekeeping crew was eating their lunch and watching tv in the room. This place made me feel as if they don’t do a good job cleaning.

The beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent,no problem having a hot shower. Near excellent walking distance resturants.Breakfast was adequate,no waffles, but plenty of pastries, fruit ,cereal, coffee, juice. The staff was friendly, helping with resturant suggestions. This is an older property with wear and tear over the years, but it worked great for us!

Great location, close to the beach, easy acces. 2nd time we've stayed here. Will definitely be back

Needs new matresses. Need to remind the fishing crowd that there are still guests sleeping when their outside by the pool at 4am being loud..instead of just ignoring them. Room cleanliness is average..but need repairs and deep cleaning..

Pros: Blackout window curtains! Super soft bedding and blanket. Tv worked flawlessly. Cons: Shower curtain rod was very loose. Screws came out of the wall that were holding it up. Feet started to turn black after walking around barefoot. Parking was a bit tight.
