The rooms were spotless and quiet! We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Kassie was a wonderful hostess when we arrived to the end when we checked out. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Kassie you were so kind and generous to our family. You are a great young lady!
I couldn’t find any other pictures of our actual room but I do have video footage. So this is the best I could get. It’s picture of the lobby from the back entrance to the elevator. It’s so beautiful and clean!

The room was dirty I mean actual grime in the shower and the sinks. Massive stains on the floor and the carpet was even wrinkled. The sheets were also very dirty. There was a homeless encampment near the parking lot and the service was aweful. I tried to cancel my reservation and get a refund at the front desk and they were so truly unhelpful because o used hotels.com to book the room. I kept trying to work with hotels.com for the refund and the hotel would not answer the customer support to approve the refund. We had been at this hotel when they first opened and had a wonderful experience. After all these years later it was aweful to see how downhill this hotel has gone over the last couple years. Super disappointed to see how bad this place has gotten.

El está bien, cómodo, limpio y se mira bastante nuevo, si tuviera que decir algo mal, lo único sería el internet, el que es free no sirve absolutamente para nada prácticamente obligándote a comprar su paquete de internet que la verdad tampoco es que sea muy bueno, pienso que deberían mejorar eso al menos ya que uno está pagando debería ser por algo bueno. En todo lo demás está bastante bien y muy céntrico y cerca de todo.
