Scam of parking fee

Scam: this hotel charges parking fee without telling you. When we arrived, they said there is a $50 security deposit every night and when we left, the front desk said all the deposit will be refunded. But when I got home and check my credit card several days later, they charged me $10 per night for parking. They never mentioned this at checking in or checking out. When I called them, they said they always charge parking fee. Breakfast: Only one lady serving all the breakfast. Most of the food tray were empty. You have to wait 20 mins to get the refilled food tray. Breakfast lobby seating spaces are limited too.
