You're ad indicates that breakfast was included with the stay but it was not. We were charged $27 per person for a mediocre breakfast. If I had known it wasnt free with the hotel rate I would have gone to a restaurant and gotten my moneys worth. Having breakfast included is a criteria for me when choosing a hotel. Disappointed.

Even after repeated attempts at calling the Manager and hotels.com for assistance DoubleTree refused to provide access to my other party to the room until I arrived.
