I rated it low this time due to the poor customer service. The bed felt like I was on the springs of the bed and when I spoke to the front desk about it she said all their beds are the same. I told her that I stay there every time I am in San Diego and that wasn’t true. Better customer service skills are needed there as the girl didn’t know how to handle an issue.

Great island hotel!!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in San Diego! The island was what drew me here but everything else was great! I had a suite which turned out to be an apartment. Loved it! Full kitchen, equipped with necessities, separate living area, large bathroom. Parking was $25 & worth every penny. No free breakfast but a nice restaurant & a beautiful park….loved our stay here.

Location great!

Great location. Rooms are spacious. We were bottom floor so super loud upstairs neighbors. Lock did not work on door. No trashcan in bathroom. Nice to walk grounds. Good value.

This is our 5th visit to this property. Love the area and our view from the room was wonderful. This was the first time we had to wait to check in and the first time a staff member was rude ! But besides that, we definitely will be back again !!!
