It would be much better it there was carpeting in the rooms. The Juice machine didn't work for breakfast. Both of the above comments are the same for the La Quinta Austin Oltorf the night before. Staff did try to accommodate on the juice machine at both places. In fact the staff at this La Quinta San Antonio did finally get the juice machine to work. Staff was friendly and courteous at both hotels.

Skip it- uncomfortable with lots of problems
Beds were uncomfortable, there was no light in the bathrooms, extra lumpy pillows and no luggage stands. There was also an arrest in the parking lot while we were there that was concerning and a huge stray car issue drinking from the pool. All in all I’d skip it if I were you.

Not what I expected for a La Quinta Inn. Room was not clean and outside area was also not clean. We had a problem with our TV and phone which was fixed promptly. Staff was helpful enough. Would not stay at this site again.
