The area it was in look like a lot of crime happens there and around the property it doesn't look like the Internet pic so we felt insecure staying there

I liked the area. The room was super dirty - I had to go get cleaning supplies to clean it. The bed sheets were dirty, walls , the bath tub would clog up, the ac didn’t work correctly.

Only problem we had was with key cards. Walked all the way to.our room and the keys did not work. On the Next set of keys received only one worked.

Awful ! Totally awful, the room had the bed sheets dirty, the smell was terrible, lots of noises. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

Our room was filthy. Urine on the sheets. Blood or something red on the sheets as well. The floor was grimy too. It didn’t smell good at all.

The room was filthy dusty and moldy, the blankets were stained and ripped, the bathroom had mold on every single wall even on the tub and toilet, there wasn't much options for breakfast only waffles and cereal, there was no room service to clean the rooms I only saw one person that was inside one of the rooms only changing the sheets without any cleaning supplies, there was mold inside the AC, worst place we have ever stayed

The room they gave us was 221 and it was very bad the mattresses were very stained and very old the sheets and bed covers the bathroom very ugly and the walls and dirty tub very bad everything we couldn't sleep on the blankets we had to put some towels that we brought and we put them on the bed the tub filled with water when we were bathing and the sink also horrible I don't think I'll stay there again..

He gave us our refund but honestly the room was horrible the base mattress had damages, it smelled like cigarettes, and it just didn’t feel safe. The second room offered to us didn’t have working light bulbs

Our room was so dirty , when I pulled back sheet there was dirt and even a rubber band in bed , the floor could not be walked on it would turn feet black , bath room floor was disgusting , counters had dirt deep in them !!! Ever time we left hotel and came back office had to unlock door , the ice machine had cobwebs in it and the elevator did not work !!! I have stayed here a lot but not now !!!

The pillows and pillow cases were stained. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood, the bathroom had black mold. I went down to the lobby and asked for new sheets and blankets and I was told they didn’t have anymore blankets. The rep did go and retrieve some sheets for us but even those were stained. We checked out and stayed somewhere else. That place is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and get a better hotel room.

The front desk guy was great! Gave extra towels when needed! The pool was good! Plenty of kids there for my kid to play with. The property needed a lot of maintenance. Elevators were broken. Seemed like the bottom corner room, someone was living there. He comes out to smoke cigarettes & weed, could smell it, & live his door wide open with so much junk & trash in there woth a ton of barking dogs. Our shower didn’t drain very well. The mini fridge was not very cold. Over all, it was good stay. Price was cheap, wasn’t expecting a five star hotel. You get what you pay for! Again, not a bad stay. Just an interesting one.

The room had mold. The bathroom towels were literally supposed to be white but were black. The floor was very dirty and was not clean/mopped properly. It’s smelled horrible like if someone was smoking in it. Roaches on the floor. Turn the a/c on at 1AM and it was working fine till 3ish in the morning we were dripping sweat. It was on fan mode. They had breakfast but we passed on that as the roof had mold in the check in office. It was over all very disgusting.

The 1st room had no hot water in the sink and no light in the bathroom. The 2nd room had moldy lamp shades. The bathtub was painted over and mold on ceiling and wall. Counter staff was rude, refused to give me a receipt at check out. Finally did but made a mistake and yelled at me about it. …never again.

Most horrible hotel we’ve stayed at yet. Room smelled gross. A/c took forever to freshen the room. Bathroom was fallen apart. Towels were all stained black. Toilet paper hadn’t been restock when we got the room. Only had half a roll for 5 people. Only 2 towels available for 5 people. Front desk didn’t greet upon arriving, only came out to give our key and walked away. Never again staying here! Horrible and disgusting experience. We didn’t even want to stay for breakfast the next morning.

The room we stayed in was in rather poor condition. Every sheet, blanket and towel was stained. There were drill holes in the walls and pictures were broken on the wall. The door lock was broken so we ended up bracing it with the sofa bed style couch, which was unusable due to the amount of food crumbs throughout it. The tub was stained and hair sticking out of the drain, and it looked like they didn't sweep/vacuum before we arrived. Staff was very friendly but seemed confused when we didn't enjoy the room. We arrived incredibly late and unable to figure out somewhere else to stay, so we slept in our clothes to minimize skin contact. I would not visit again, or advise anyone to stay if there is another choice.
