The room was a large suite, as expected. There were things that could use some work. The carpet was stained and crispy, which was disconcerting. The pillows had no support whatsoever. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff was exceptional! The location is great because it was a short walk to everything, but far enough away from the noisier areas.

Shower soap dispenser was empty. Non existent wifi. Worst of all, toilet leaked through the handle and flooded the bathroom. I was able to fix the toilet but had to clean the flood myself and looked like mold inside the toilet tank. Expressed issue with front desk and only received Towles. No offer of discount or comp stay!

Great hotel! Very clean and staff was very friendly, but their only parking option is $65/day Valet… Ended up parking in the City Tower parking garage (i think it’s called that. about a 5 minute walk) for about $10/day instead.

This was our second time staying at this location, and we love that it’s right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance to everything. Our room was ready early, and we were able to check in without any issues. The room was clean, and the staff overall was helpful, kind, and friendly.
