Very clean throughout. Well-appointed room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only one minor complaint: there is no guest parking, per se. There is an optional overnight valet for $25 per day. There aren't really any other nearby parking options.
Hotel is close to Alamo and Riverwalk. Staff was friendly they only valet park for $25 dollars plus tax . Hotel provides free breakfast which is nice, but they need more tables it is way crowded and no where to sit. Overall my stay was okay and location was great distance to everything.

They put me in a handicap rm I'm not handicap i thought the hotel wad on fire the first time i heard the buzzer went off people would go by and push the handicap button on the door, very irritating
Good location for shopping and tourist attractions. Seems to be family oriented. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some confusion with check out...which was noon but the cleaning staff woke us up at 10:00 thinking we had checked out.
