They sent us to a dirty room at check in. Dirty towels and stuff everywhere, we thought someone was still staying in the room. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and it wasn’t her fault, we did have to wait a few hours for another room. The lady at concierge was rude. I asked her (politely) if I could have a map of the grounds due to the room. She said, choice members don’t get a map and just today she will help me out because she’s a great person. She then preceded to tell me how wealthy her and her family are and told me about some shops but “only if I can afford it”. My daughter and I went to The Social (the hotel restaurant) to wait some more. It was open but the bartender was so annoyed we were there. We had been so excited to stay at this hotel because it was my daughter 16th birthday. The front desk, valet, and one sweet guy on staff made it worth it. Steer clear from the concierge, you just aren’t as rich as her and she will treat you as such.

One room smelled so strong of bleach and the other like wet carpet. The hotel itself is clean over all but felt the smell in the rooms could be better. I had to keep the doors open to air out a bit.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very nice and the staff were fantastic. Every single one of them was polite and greeted you. The spa is lovely. The pool was great for a work out.

the price listed is deceptive and they overcharge for an aesthetic. the rooms and building are not modern and the valet only option for $40 a night is a scam. they should just list all the charges upfront.
