Great location in an interesting old bank building with very ornate fixtures. It’s a bit dated in the room and nothing to “wow” there. Great location for all the river walk and Alamo things. Staff was all outstanding. Valet was expensive but always nice and got the job done. Breakfast was included and a good variety of things , but there is a lot of people at the hotel so not a quiet dining experience.

The hotel was safe and clean, and the breakfast and dinner/drink buffet was wonderful, however, we had a lot of partying and parading under our balcony overlooking the riverwalk.....which is super fun and expected in a party part of town. However, if you are there on business and need sleep, you might want to chat with the hotel about the best room for your needs.

The Drury was fantastic! Room was clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast and 5:30 kickbacks with drinks is a great extra perk. Valet service was wonderful . Access to Riverwalk

The hotel is conveniently located with an exit right onto the river walk. Room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. House keeping could have done a better job at vacuuming our room. The staff at breakfast area were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ok, but glad that the hotel offers this option.

Everyone starting with valet, front counter to kitchen ,bar employees went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed to the Drury Plaza. The only thing that was a concern was having a room next to the elevators. All night and early morning, you can here the rumble from the elevators. Next time ill make sure and have room away from the elevators. Overall , the family had a great experience

The room was amazing! Just like our last stay, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It's the only hotel we will stay in when we come to San Antonio. I recommend yours hotel to anyone visiting, and would give 10 stars if i could.
