My experience at the Aloft was noticeable different from my stays at a conventional hotel as far as ambiance is concerned. Definitely oriented toward the Gen X crowd. The staff was welcoming and always attentive.

The hotel is old. When you walk in, it smells extremely bad. They use a cleaning product with a very strong odor, which is definitely bothersome. Breakfast is not included. That said, they do have a nice fire pit area.

Room was super clean and the front desk/janitors were super amazing and sweet to both myself and my doggy! My only complaint would be the fact that the TV in our room was not working :(. Would definitely stay again!
