Overall a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, water pressure good. The AC was not working when we first got to the room, made a call downstairs and they sent the technician up right away who was able to fix the thermostat. Had to call again 2 Days Later because the heat was not working, when we returned to our room after being out for a couple hours there was a portable heater plugged in and turned on and was left there for the remainder of our stay. Although the shower water pressure was good, there is only small 1/3 door which did nothing to keep the water in and after every shower, there was a big puddle on the bathroom floor and toilet lid was always wet. Had to put towels down every time and still step onto squishy wet towels, yuck! We had a discount on the parking as part of a group rate, but considering the nightly rate we were paying, we felt that the parking should have been included. Elevators are a little rickety and old. Front lobby area nicely set up and roomy, conference room available to our group was instrumental in giving our team a place for meetings/ bonding time.

Customer service was rude over the phone. Short answers, long wait, cut off conversations, and no care in their attitude. The room didnt hold up for an expensive experience. Dry towels, tv signal was very poor, janky remote that had to press a certain way. The most disappointing was the thermostats wasnt working. We couldnt set the temp higher. It would stay only at 65°. Of course we could ask for the service, but with their attitude we didn't bother. The parking card instructions were confusing. And $29 a night? Ridiculous. And no contiental breakfast for bad serivce is just a let down. I guess its not always the big name brand places arent were it's at.
