Your cozy getaway awaits in Roseville at this fabulous, completely private, in-law suite. This lovely space features a brilliant bedroom and a charming living room with a comfy sofa bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like new furnishings, kitchenette, 2 TV's (with Rokus), WIFI, your own heat and AC, washer and dryer, coffee, snacks and more during their stay. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this in-law suite is the perfect home base for your adventures. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
The space
You don't need a key, only a code to come and go as you please. You are provided extra sheets, towels, blankets, water, coffee, tea, toiletries, full length mirror, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and street parking. We have recently added a semi-private outdoor patio with benches, lights and a barbecue!
Pack 'n Play and high chair available upon request at time of booking.

The suite was clean, neat, stocked with little extras, and a great place to unwind after a long day.Kariann the host was welcoming and unobtrusive. She provided clear instructions on how to work the various appliances, had a binder full of dining and fun recommendations, and was a great communicator. I highly recommend this suite if you are coming to Roseville for a visit. It’s small and compact, but pact full of all the things that make travel easier
