We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived at our room, there were no towels in the bathroom. We called the front desk several times throughout the night asking for towels, especially because we had already started to shower. Each time, they said the towels were on the way, but they never arrived. Eventually, they stopped answering the phone completely.
Out of frustration, we had to call again and pretend we were making a new reservation just to get someone to answer. Only then did they finally send towels — at 3:00 a.m.!
Because of this delay, we had to using only the robes after showering, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the room didn’t have basic amenities like a shower cap or toothpaste.
This lack of attention to guest needs and poor communication really affected our experience.
