The hotel only had 2 of my 3 nights booked with hotels.com. I was unable to figure out how to resolve the third night error due to no phone number available on the hotels.com website. The staff at Homewood suites were very unprofessional and treated me like dirt because I booked through a third party instead of directly with them. They evicted me from the hotel for the third night. This was the worst experience ever. I finally figured out how to contact hotels.com by asking ChatGPT who told me how to find the elusive chat bot and ask for a live agent 3 times. Only then could I get my refund. I was treated like dirt and evicted from the hotel for using hotels.com. Never again will I stay at this disgustingly managed Homewood suites. I will also never again use hotels.com because they don’t make it easy for guests to get support when their bookings go wrong. If there had been a phone number to call I would have got my 3rd night at the hotel and not evicted by the incompetent staff at Homewood suites.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful when there were small issues. We had a room with a small kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable, but the traffic noise was worse on side nearest the window. One of us slept on the sofa the next night to avoid hearing highway traffic. Having a full-sized refrigerator tucked into the kitchen area behind a wall so that noise was dampened was a good design choice. For someone who has to bring their own food, having a refrigerator and microwave were great. There was also a small stove area, but we didn't use it. The outside temperature was moderate so we didn't have too run the air very much; the system wasn't too noisy. The bathroom was okay, but designed so wide that the toilet paper roll was almost out of reach. Also, the only nightlight for the bathroom was a light switch that was slightly illuminated; that faint light was the only nightlight for that area since there are no outlets in the toilet/bathtub room. It barely sufficed. The breakfast was good and it was very nice to not have a TV blaring while eating. The amenities of workout room and pool all looked attractive, but didn't fit in our schedule. The same with the next door mall and bookstore. In general, I would recommend this hotel.
