Doors were filthy inside the room there were no telephones to call the front desk. People upstairs were so noisy sounded like they were chopping wood until 2:00 in the morning. People smoking near the room marijuana and cigarettes and just being loud.

The room had a bad smell to it. The breakfast area was dirty, and never cleaned in the 3 hours they served breafast I didn’t have any towels in my room. the key card never worked so I would have to go look for the receptionist to open my door. It was a disaster from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.

The people at check-in were wonderful and helpful. The tub had been painted and felt dirty. Forgot some stuff in the fridge and 1/2 was gone when I came back for it.

I did ask for a discounted rate on my next room or a free night and they did not say anything. However, truly this is a major inconvenience as the floor is wet. It’s like you know it was like an inch. Probably almost half an inch at least tall, so you can imagine you know my pants got wet. It was just not.
