Our room was not ready until 4pm (an hour past the check in time). Although they did let us use the pool while waiting which satisfied the kids.

Dog friendly rooms really need to have tile or linoleum instead of carpeting. Our room was musky smelling and we are not used to that at home. Generally pet friendly rooms are not as nice as regular rooms but we still have to pay the additional pet fee for a room that is not as nice. Maybe other ...
