This was a great experience. Surprisingly spacious grounds, beautiful plantings and flowering trees in bloom. New cafe, Luna, for a full meal experience but also a generous continental breakfast included in the mezzanine space. Very chic and lovely hotel.

Comfort, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast make this hotel a great place to stay while in Ashland. Conveniently located just off I-5, it is also a great place to stop after a long day of traveling.

We enjoyed everything about our overnight stay accept that the volume on the television was set too low and the desk was not helpful with this problem

The concierge was amazing, super helpful and answered every question we had. The room was clean and a decent size. When we got hungry later in the evening we called the front desk and again the concierge recommend a good place that delivers food. I'd say that the only thing that needed improvement was the bedsheets are loud and crinkly sounding. Like rustling news paper. Other than that we enjoyed or stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nice room. Clean. Breakfast had choices. Nice garden view.

We had a large room, extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom had two sinks and separate areas to use, loved that. The views were spectacular and outside pool and spa views with all the snow around was so pretty. The temperature in the room was perfect, not to hot or cold. Great hotel, I would highly recommend! The staff at the front desk were on a scale from 1-10 they were a 10!

Clean, nice, comfortable, great stay! We slept well on the bed.

Nice ........... Clean. Rooms designed like section 8 housing and / or unassisted living

Clean room, very comfortable beds, super friendly and helpful employees. Excellent price for a suite. Dog friendly.

Ashland Hills motel is a serviceable, comfortable and clean with very nice amenities. The staff are incredibly hardworking and a great breakfast buffet is provided. Friendliness, convenience to the Shakespeare Festival, and good quality are among its virtues. As a senior, I enjoyed all of the families enjoying the pool when I was sitting out, remembering my own kids on summer vacations back in the day.

When you first walk in the register, it's like a good trip backwards into the 50's. ! I loved it . Everything is authentic and well done. Love the colour scheme/couches/pillows , hugh lamps,etc...The grounds are beautifully kept and there are a lot of them! Like there is also a tennis court not just the great pool.

So much better than where we stayed last year. Will soon be making reservationsure for next year's stay!! We are going to request same room.

Nice, comfortable, spacious room. The view was great. Continental breakfast had a great variety of items to choose. Location was convenient.

We have passed Ashland dozens of times on I-5, but never stopped. Had no idea it was such a lovely town, and our hotel was terrific. Great visit!

We had a very clean and quiet room with balcony viewing the garden and the hills. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the Hwy and by car around 5 minutes to downtown. We loved the hotel's combination of mid-century interior design and modern simple furniture.

Very nice and quiet place. It was very nice hotel to stay

The newly renovated room was perfect. The location and views of the surrounding hills were nice.

Front door did not close, had to put a chair in front of it. Because I had a dog, was placed in "dog wing" carpet atrocious, smelled, furniture dirty, paid extra fee for pet and room was not like it was on line. Walls are paper thin, hear everything! Free Breakfast was minimalistic. Why do I have to pay extra for a dig and get down graded in the room!!! Will not be staying here again. Room was very large and has late check in. Staff was curteous and kind, bathroom was clean.

My wife and I stayed in a suite, and found it very comfortable. The onlycomplaint is that the breakfast is in a location that's difficult to get to if you're mobility is limited. The staff water friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

We were in Ashland to catch six plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We were very pleased with the suite at the Ashland Hills and Suites and will definitely be coming back. The hotel has been recently refurbished.
