It was all around a great hotel! The pool was great, they allow dogs and have a tennis court. The room was big and comfy, beds weren't bad either. It was definitely a good place to stay in Oregon and we will be there again. Prices for rooms are reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

Liked the stay there, close to high way, yet very quiet. Room is spacious and clean, very comfortable.

It was great to come to a nice quiet, clean room after a long day of driving and also to have a refreshing swim and a plesant continental breakfast.

I was please by attitude of staff but surprised that we could add charge for beer to the room. Was not happy the bar closed so early . '

We drive between Portland and SF a lot, often in one day. When we split the drive in two, we pick whatever cheap hotel room between Ashland and Redding looks bearable. After a very unpleasant $100 Super 8 experience a few weeks ago, we decided to spend a little more and try out the Ashland Hills. It was so awesome! We got a king suite because it was the same price as a regular room, and it was very luxurious. Three sinks, two TVs, a couch, an excellent bed. The staff was very friendly and we were able to buy a couple beers from the lobby to drink in our room after a hot tub that night. Even better, the continental breakfast (although the offerings were not much better than a cheap hotel) was available until 10am instead of the standard 9am cutoff, which really sealed the deal for me. We loved staying here, and won't be "experimenting" with any other hotels on our drives. I only wish they had loyalty punch cards!!

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. I would stay here again next time in Ashland.

Great location being right off the highway and yet very quiet. The staff was great and very dog friendly. The restaurant was also very good. We will definitely stay there again.

1st stay great. 2nd stay ended up in room with leaky ceiling sprinkler, wet bedroom carpet, water behind bubbling painted wall that shocked our daughter when she touched it.

Wonderful place Pool, gym and bar... Cheers !

We stayed while visiting our daughter who is a student at SOU. I wanted a suite that would house myself, my husband and our adult son. I called the hotel to ask if the suites would accommodate all of us and was told that all suites have sleep sofas. Unfortunately this information was incorrect. I was told that only three of their suites have a sleep sofa. The first night my 6'2" son slept on a roll away bed but the next day they were able to move us to one of the suites with a sleep sofa. This is an example of how the staff tries to accommodate guests. The location is absolutely beautiful with pool and tennis courts and bicycles. The 70s decor makes you feel like you are in the Jetsons tv show. The bar is nice. The cafe has locally sourced food and they have local products for sale. The little kitchenette had a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee machine. One thing that was a challenge was that the a/c unit is in the bedroom so the person sleeping in the living area does not benefit unless you leave the door open between the 2 rooms

This was a great experience. Surprisingly spacious grounds, beautiful plantings and flowering trees in bloom. New cafe, Luna, for a full meal experience but also a generous continental breakfast included in the mezzanine space. Very chic and lovely hotel.

Comfort, friendly staff and excellent included breakfast make this hotel a great place to stay while in Ashland. Conveniently located just off I-5, it is also a great place to stop after a long day of traveling.

We enjoyed everything about our overnight stay accept that the volume on the television was set too low and the desk was not helpful with this problem

The concierge was amazing, super helpful and answered every question we had. The room was clean and a decent size. When we got hungry later in the evening we called the front desk and again the concierge recommend a good place that delivers food. I'd say that the only thing that needed improvement was the bedsheets are loud and crinkly sounding. Like rustling news paper. Other than that we enjoyed or stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nice room. Clean. Breakfast had choices. Nice garden view.

We had a large room, extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom had two sinks and separate areas to use, loved that. The views were spectacular and outside pool and spa views with all the snow around was so pretty. The temperature in the room was perfect, not to hot or cold. Great hotel, I would highly recommend! The staff at the front desk were on a scale from 1-10 they were a 10!

Clean, nice, comfortable, great stay! We slept well on the bed.

Nice ........... Clean. Rooms designed like section 8 housing and / or unassisted living

Clean room, very comfortable beds, super friendly and helpful employees. Excellent price for a suite. Dog friendly.

Ashland Hills motel is a serviceable, comfortable and clean with very nice amenities. The staff are incredibly hardworking and a great breakfast buffet is provided. Friendliness, convenience to the Shakespeare Festival, and good quality are among its virtues. As a senior, I enjoyed all of the families enjoying the pool when I was sitting out, remembering my own kids on summer vacations back in the day.
