Bathroom door had a fist hole in it. It was dirty. Had to wait a very long time to get help for check in. Won’t stay at this motel again.

When we arrived I was informed by the front desk that we got the last room with 2 beds and that the room had no working A/C. They would not work with me to either refund my money or just place us in a different room. Stating “ you would have to go through Orbitz for that” , which is fair. But essentially I showed up with my 2 cousins, after driving all day, exhausted… and was told welcome to your hot room that has no AC and also no screen on the window. So when we opened the window to vent the room it let bugs in. Then when we cracked the door to the hall to vent the room and apparently the room on the other side had the same issue. Their door was also cracked all night…and someone smoking pot on the floor had their smoke drifting into our room all night. This is my second disaster stay at a Motel 6. The chain is not staying on top of their affiliates. The only plus was the bathroom was clean.

Our trip was with kids and grandchild so room worked well but was still alittle dirty from last guest ice cream still in mini fridge and the tub plug was lsyingbon sidebof tub not even one that worked to stop water aldo front desk only offered to move us and we had some already asleep from day so moving to another room not option

For the price it was great. Clean and comfortable bed. Water was not real hot for shower and elevator was broke but staff was great and I felt safe and slept well.

After doing Sprints in the rain to put a handwritten note that he called a parking permit on the windshield (was not visible from the outside of the vehicle), The gentleman mentioned that the elevator was broken in my room was on the third floor. He seemed to find this kind of funny, and possibly needs a different job. Want to involves cleaning floors or something where he doesn't have to deal with customers because he has no skills to deal with them.
