No frig, no shampoo or lotion. Cigarette burn on the bedspread in a no smoking room. Floors dirty. We stayed for the economy price and appreciate the lower price.

This was a really nice budget hotel option. I've been to some very poorly maintained Motel 6 and this was not that. AC worked great, room is spotless, the clientele was definitely on the shady side, but the soundproofing was good. Just overall a really great experience for the money. We will be back when we stay in the area.

Room was good. However, there were no replacement towels offered. We had to ask for them. I was told if I wanted towels, that I had to put the used ones outside the door and replacements would be provided. Nope. I had to go to the desk for them. I fail to understand why housekeeping doesnt at least go into the bathroom, wipe it down and replace towels and toilet paper if needed. Nope. Only after 3 days stay would they come in. Poor service in my opinion. Very poor. Sink area and caulking around the tub could use a deep cleaning and replacement.

The room was spacious. Property was right off of the freeway. There is a breakfast diner just outside the property and a gas station across the street. As for the room amenities - The bathtub was not draining fast enough. It took longer to shower due to that. We requested for extra pillows but the request went into a black hole. We did not hear back from front desk. Nothing to complain, Hotel was good.

You get what you pay for, a little sketchy.

No breakfast, no coffee pot in room, no hair dryer, shampoo etc. Thin walls, I could hear tv in next door room. People live there and it's sketchy. One guy was walking around barefoot, dirty and smelled bad. Front desk guy was nice. Never saw him at desk again though. I had to put key in key drop to checkout. Nobody around.
