Has been recently remodeled inside, outside looks vintage. Comfortable rooms, friendly service, decent breakfast. Hot water was in short supply. Jacuzzi tub was broken but they did give me a partial refund for that.

Liked the pool and the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. Did not like the fake grass area for pets. No real grass areas around either.

Pictures make it look nicer than it is. Very old motel. It has been updated but not quite enough. Room was clean. Tub was old and had been patched and some mold. Otherwise everything was fine. Very nice staff. Had no problems.

The staff was amazing, super helpful!! The room was clean. We ended up booking this hotel again for our night after Crater Lake because we liked it that much.

Close to shopping, restaurants. Easy access from i5.

I had requested a downstairs room. They only had upstairs rooms available. Slow check in. Great breakfast buffet with great service.

Our room was basic but very clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We had prepaid, but were charged by mistake a second time by night clerk. We have been assured that the second charge will be reversed.

My husband loves the gravy and biscuits for breakfast. Yum!

This hotel is in a great location right off the freeway. Close to alot of restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Coffee in the same parking lot as well.

No sooner did we walk into the room than we were overwhelmed by noxious fumes that forced us out of the room and back to the office to request another room. Not only were we told by the disinterested clerk that there was no room available, but she seemed completely indifferent about our having no place to stay at midnight after a long day in the car. There was no attempt to follow up on our complaint; no investigation into the smell that left me coughing and with watering eyes. To be fair, this is the first time I had a negative experience with Best Western. Sad to say, I will think twice about staying at Best Western from now on. Since we immediately checked out, I am hoping that the third-party booking site will have the decency to refund the room charge. If not, this will be my last experience using the site. I will contact the site when I get back home in a few days. If my room charge is refunded without a hassle, I will gladly write a positive review about them.

Great location if you are going to the Oregon Wildlife Safari! Our room was very clean an updated but a little small! Breakfast was great!

Nice and clean, great location, extremely friendly staff. I paid a little more than I hoped to, but it is a Best Western so I knew it would be clean and comfortable. The room was a little small, and I was surprised that there was not an exercise room here...but the breakfast was good, excellent location.

There was no heat in the room. They kept trying to figure out heater/AC unit which we had already tried everything. They said we could move upstairs, after we got settled in and then they admitted they were pretty full. Like they really did not want us to move, as we were in bed to get warm(dirtied their sheets.) No space heater was offered or break on the room. We had to ask for blankets. It was 32 that night. The room is like a Motel 6, not worth the price. The breakfast: eggs were not hot, bacon sitting in grease, and sausage not hot. Very small room and poorly trained staff. I feel I should be paid for staying there. Thank you.I had never used O before. If this is how the Hotel treats O customers, I am not sure I want to do this, again. Rickie

The furnishings appeared very new and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small. I could hear various noises--but I slept thru mos tof it. I would return, as it is half way between here and there.
