Booked this to enjoy the pool and hot tub. They were not working. There was nothing on the hotel’s website to indicate this. Decided a hot bath would be a good substitute. Bath tub plug didn’t work so couldn’t get tub to fill. TV was a large smart TV that they advertised we could cast our Netflix to. But couldn’t connect to the internet. When we called the front desk, they said the TVs were new and “hadnt been configured yet.” So basically, nothing was as advertised. Except the hot breakfast.

The only reason not a five star was that the disinfect smell in the rug, became over powering as the night progressed. We arrived late so did not have the energy to change room. Woke up with taste of soap or cleaning solution.

Room was dated and dirty. I found long hair on my bed and on the floor in the bathroom. There was a bag of trash sitting outside my room when I checked into the hotel. Not a great first impression
