The property on the outside was”ok” the room although it was “clean” the floor was dirty the doors where people touch were disgusting the set up in the room was not comfortable the grout and tile was moldy the tub had no stopper and an old bar of soap left in It from previous … the bed was clean and we had 4 pillows. That’s always a plus. The front desk woman was amazing as was the housekeeper when we asked for a set of towels.

The staff was excellent. The outside of the property looked better than the room which seemed outdated. The lighting was super bright and uncomfortable. Lampshades and microwave need to be updated. The lining of the drapes was hanging below the drapes. The bedspread needed to be updated and more color would have been nice. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Easy parking available.

First, they wanted a card after I paid in full online. Then there were blood stains on the floor, stains on the bedding and towels, and something growing in the fridge. If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't refund the reservation and i was having surgery the next morning. I wouldn't have stayed, when I asked for a paper receipt to present to the VA for reimbursement I was told "no, Expedia paid a diffrent price than you paid them." And the clerk walked away. I will never choose this hotel or chain again.
