20 minutes after getting my room. The woman at the front desk gave the same room to 2 women. When they opened the door and I’m laying on my bed they were def scared. My phone rang immediately after and she asked me who I was. I told her the person she just checked in and gave the key to. Then when I left and came back my key no longer worked. Went to settle in for the night and I have no remote for the tv. When I went back down for the second time, the gentleman working the desk representing the business is wearing sweatpants and a matching sweatshirt and had his child running around in the lobby while he was working. He opened the drawer and gave me a random TV remote without even speaking a word to me. When I turned on the TV, there was no TV reception and no channels worked. Went to bed, angry and frustrated with my experience so far just to be woken up at five in the morning because someone left the alarm clock in the room set to 5 AM. The room adjacent to me also had the alarm clock set to 5 AM but no one was in their room so I couldn’t go back to bed because all I could hear. Was that alarm clock through the wall for the next three hours. As a whole, this was a horrible experience and I wish management would be spoken to about the behavior and I feel I should be refunded for my entire experience

I normally love this hotel but this time I stayed for my birthday and my boyfriend went to get a towel and there was a used old bandaid wrap in the towel. We told the front desk and they just gave us a new towel and refunded the money for our stay. Appreciated but still the cleaning staff needs to do better.

Room was clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice they had coffee available all the time. Just wish it was hot. But we could microwave it to heat it. Thank you. Used the gym as well. It worked missing some matching dumbbells. But decent otherwise. Thanks Best Western.

Check-in was easy enough we got to our room had to wait for maintenance smoke detector battery was dead... Did not pay extra for the Best Western breakfast so could not give you an honest review on the breakfast but anyhow in our room I have pictures and will upload shortly the carpet was coming up at the seem to the tile floor and the tack strip was showing perfect for kicking your shoes off and relaxing just to step on and as well there was a blue pill turned out to be an Aleve but plain to see in the carpet edge if was cleaned by housekeeping why was it left would not recommend if you're looking for peace of mind and comfort as well would not recommend if you have children
Look closely you can see the red tack strip
Look even closer you'll see an oval shaped blue pill and we all know in today's world you never know but it was an Aleve
And again the tack strip does not feel good on your feet and I would not let a child down to play if traveling with children

The hotel itself is fantastic — super clean and modern. It’s got a nice lobby and cafe. The dude working the desk was incredibly friendly as well. The room was clean, and the shed super comfortable. The only problem was the lack of soap during our stay. we weren’t told when we checked in, so we had a surprise the following morning when we got up to shower. I also had no shampoo in my room. Also the ice machines were broken so we had to go down to the lobby. And another guest told us they hadn’t had towels for 4 days straight,
