The property was terrible!!!! It had bed bugs and other types of bugs in the rooms. Very outdated and the staff were horrible!!! It looked like a place that houses prostitution and drug use. Do not waste your time or money at this place!!!!!! And do not believe the photos online those photos are staged the rooms do not look like that!!!!

Worst Hotel ever.

This hotel made a clerical error when I extended my stay. I told them to have me stay through MONDAY, they only put me down through Sunday, then harassed me and my elderly (84 years old) mother consistently, even threatening me with police if we did not leave. The bathtub had no hot water, the sink didn't work and the tub was chipped and uncomfortable. There was also no clean towels the entire time we stayed (Almost two weeks) and the service was just VERY POOR. Do not bother staying here. It's a horrible, horrible place.

Horrible, was exhausted from travel checked in and crashed out. Woke up couple hours later and found the room to be absolutely nasty. Black mold above the air conditioner which didn't have any controls. Feces in the toilet, garbage. I tried to check out immediately but no one was at the desk. Checked out as soon as someone showed up in the morning (literally waited in my car 4 hours. I want a refund for the remainder of my booking. Health department is being called Monday and I have filed a claim with the travel insurance company

The staff was friendly although the place is in terrible shape. I took the loss and stayed elsewhere. The door was flimsy, the peep hole was a literal hole through the door, sketchy people hanging around. I didn’t feel safe at all. There were big garbage bins that were all full, it is clearly one of those places were people live. Sheets were stained and dirty, a beer bottle cap fell out of the sheets. Do not recommend.

When we arrived, the doors were locked and no one was around. Lobby and office was dark and open sign was off. We have pictures to prove this. Called the number on the reservation and got disconnected. Looking for a refund from someone, as we had to find another hotel.

The bathroom had black hair in the shower. at least they had hot water. There is no restaurant or bar as advertised. TV had no remote or signal. For what it is it was way too expensive

DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM.

Booked this room and showed up before 10pm to checkin, desk was not staffed, doors locked. Could not check in and had to find another room. Got ahold of facility next day for a refund and they stated they cant cause i never showed up before 9pm when they lock the doors as its unstaffed after 9pm. Talked to oyo corporate and they wont refund it either. Dont waste your money as they just steal other peoples.
