No HOT water to take a SHOWER and had to kill a spider in the shower. Water was also COLD in the sink. HORRIBLE. Another guest was complaining about the room not having HOT WATER too. Informed the front desk and you get thst same response I'M SORRY Nope wrong answer, fix the issue or comp your Guest. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Staff for the most part is just ok. I've had better customer service in alot of places not named Hilton. Charging someone 21 dollars for a breakfast that would be free at a lesser establishment is criminal. The menu in general is just limited. The room was clean but noisey and in 2025 can we not have curtains that keep the light out?
