At checkout I asked and was told that the guy in charge wouldn’t be in until Monday and there wasn’t anything she could do. We were charged for parking and that wasn’t on the website. The room was next to the elevator and ice machine, it was in excellent condition, super clean and great temperature 👍👍👍. The shower was walking and spacious ❣️ The bed was very comfortable and the room had extra blankets. Breakfast was excellent, great flavor and appropriate temperature. The staff was continuously cleaning and replenishing all items. Several juices available, variety of coffees and hot water for tea and hot cocoa. Plenty of parking and handicap spaces.     This was our second stay at the hotel for cheer competitions, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was excellent, perfect for families on a tight schedule. All items were hot, well stocked, and conveniently set up for a quick grab and go. The front desk associate who checked us in on Friday evening was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was attentive to our needs and provided great recommendations for local food options that delivered directly to the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. Both of our stays have coincided with large groups of children, cheerleaders during our first visit and both cheer and soccer teams this time. Despite the busy and energetic environment, the staff remained professional, patient, and consistently friendly. Their ability to maintain such a welcoming atmosphere truly stood out.
