My stay at the DoubleTree was a bit disappointing. My room was only a couple of meters from the elevator, which quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Also, the bathroom counter had large stains on it, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
I had prepaid for the breakfast option, but I was never told how to redeem it. Because of the lack of communication, I ended up buying something from the café, which had very limited gluten-free options. I ultimately had to order a Caesar salad and remove the croutons.
Overall, clearer communication and better room cleanliness would have made the stay much more comfortable.
