This hotel has the bare minimum of everything. Extremely dirty with roaches. Something is always broken ,either a light or dresser or door.

The entire property was a massive construction site. The photos online did not match the rooms or facility. In August, the heat was on in the small registration area. The first room given to us had exposed electrical wires on both sides of the head board and the sink was held up by wood boards. The second room's AC unit has a ripped electrical cord, exposing the wires. The fridge was full of dead bugs. The dresser was missing the front panel. A MOUSE kept rubbing from the bathroom to the other side of the bed. The entire area smelled horrible. And we were told no refunds for any reason. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The afternoon staff who checked us in was really nice, but the staff in the early morning was not very friendly. The police were out three times that night. People are heard talking really loud, smoking outside of the rooms and the smell was coming into our non smoking room. There were roaches, furniture outdated, headboard damaged.

Terribly dirty

Walked into the “nonsmoking” room and it smelled like someone was chain smoking in there. Air condition was off and it was stuffy and smelled awful. Curtain was tied together with a garbage bag, and after struggling to get it open, the top was barely hanging. Cigarette burns on the bed, dried brown splatter on the bathtub. My daughter was crying it was so dirty. We dropped the card off and left within 30 min of checking in.

Dissatisfied and disappointed customers

We arrived on Friday and I made the mistake of first paying for the room. We drove around to the back of the building to get to the room. The room was relatively clean but there was no toilet paper. The curtain was hanging down from the ceiling and the overwhelming smell of cigarettes made me sick in ten minutes. Everything was old and worn. The room was terrible. The place was like a ghetto inside and out. We had to leave!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Bldg is extremely rundown. Room has banged up walls with gouging and mismatched paint colors. Terrible bed and pillows. Only one electrical outlet. Curtain on window was torn and hanging off rod. Stair and walkways filthy and unsafe.
