The rooms were clean , they could definitely use some upgrading. The curtains in our room had holes in them so I was worried about privacy. There were outlets with no power to them, but despite those few things we enjoyed our stay. No one bothered us , we had a staff member ask us if we needed anything.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Blankets have holes rooms smell like cigarettes even non smoking. Cigarette stains everywhere ,mattresses are filthy, and chairs are ripped up. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff was nice, check in was quick. The good: shower was hot, air conditioner worked and had a fridge and microwave in room. The bad: TV did not work, it took all night to get it to connect to the wifi. The remote, even with new batteries from the front desk only worked for a few minutes at a time. We resevered a non-smoking room and the room we were given was not. Very thin walls so we could hear our neighbors on both sides. Flooring was peeling up in spots, there was no smoke detector. This is a hotel that was close to Pennhurst and affordable for the Paracon weekend. Probably would not stay here again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. The location of this place is terrible with loud partying in the street late at night and loud trains passing through every hour. Spend another extra 25 dollars to stay at a reputable place.

I just want to say first . The fella running the desk was understanding, and compassionate, my issue was not his fault, and unfortunately became his problem. 2/3 light bulbs were out , the fitted sheets were noticable dirty .. the headboard of one of the beds was not cleaned as it looks like it used to be white ... The sheets themselves, the middle blanket and the comforter all had burnt ciggeratte holes in them, ciggeratte stains all over the bathroom sink. The hand towel on the bathtub was dirty, the tub looked dirty . I simply just told the fella I couldn't do it . I could not muster up any justification .. to lay my head on that bed . Which unfortunately cut our weekend trip short at paracon- because everything else was booked. We ended up going home because we had no where else to stay and was 2 hours from home . I only got refunded for the stay for that night which was 137 I think . But no refund on the security deposit . . So I was out almost 300$ just to drive there spend 1 day at paracon , after buying a 200$ ticket and then go home . . . . Really sucked .

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, the room was in significant need of a full renovation. The bathroom showed clear showed clear signs of wear, including cracked caulking around the tub. The water was hot, which was great and the water pressure was sufficient. The flooring in the bathroom also appeared to have been installed over on existing layer, creating an uneven transition where the bathroom floor sat about half an inch higher than the rest of the room. The refrigerator was not functioning upon arrival and had an unpleasant odor. It appeared the FGCI outlet had been tripped for some time, which raises concerns about routine room checks. Cleanliness was also an issue- there were visible stains on the sheets that looked like paint or something similar. Parking was tight and could be difficult to navigate, especially during busier times. The ice machine situation was inconvenient as well-it was very small and located in the lobby downstairs rather than on guest floors. Most concerning, I woke up with several bites behind my knee, which made for an uncomfortable stay. That said, the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated. While the staff was kind, the property itself needs significant updates and better maintenance.

Run down and gross. Did not feel safe staying here. Very noisy, did not get any rest as other guests were up all night making noise. Our room smelled of pot as well and it wasn’t from us!
